本单元的语言目标是谈论物品的所属关系。
Period Ⅰ Section A(1a~1c)和Period Ⅱ Section A(2a~2d)是听说课,由运动物品入手,对运动物品进行听说训练,主要训练学生对运动物品的听辨能力和自由交谈能力。
Period Ⅲ Section A(Grammar Focus~3c)是语法训练课,在对有关运动物品听说训练的基础上,引出一般现在时态的用法,主要总结一般疑问句的结构特点,然后进行人称、助动词和句式训练,加深对一般现在时态的理解。
Period Ⅳ Section B(1a~1d)是听说强化课,在学习评价性形容词的基础上,通过听力,训练学生对活动进行评价的听辨能力,然后利用评价性形容词进行自由交谈。
Period Ⅴ Section B(2a~2c)和Period Ⅵ Section B(3a~Self Check)是阅读写作课,通过一篇有关运动的校刊文章的阅读提高学生对此类文章的阅读能力,然后通过训练学生对有关运动物品所属情况的写作,提高学生的写作能力。
1.掌握本单元的单词、句型和语法。
2.能运用目标语言谈论物品所属关系。
重点:
1.学会一些运动项目的名词:soccer ball,tennis,ping-pong ball,volleyball,basketball。
2.掌握句型“Do you have…? Does he/she have…?”。
3.学会用have对物品的所属进行提问与回答。
4.学会使用描述性形容词对事物作出评价。
难点:学会用句型 “Let's…”提建议并在情景中运用。
导入一 图片或视频导入:
展示不同运动物品的图片或相关视频,学生根据提供的图片或视频内容,学习球类名词。
导入二 情境导入:
创设场景,让一些学生做动作,比如:游泳、打篮球、踢足球等,让其他学生猜这是什么运动项目,然后导入新课。
导入三 话题导入:
邻居汤姆邀请比尔一起踢球,比尔的妈妈开门:

活动2 Role-play
Step 1 教师给学生设置一定的情境,让学生充分发挥自主能动性来编对话。
Step 2 学生自己提供ping-pong ball,baseball,basketball等物品,让其他小组进行现场对话练习。
Step 3 老师根据学生的谈论,写下本课时要学习的重点短语和句型,如:
