1．New words
Show students some pictures of the new words in this period：paper，pollution，future，planet，earth，plant.

(1)Ask students to read the predictions in 1a.Let them think about how the world will be different 100 years from now.

2．Play the recording and let students read after it and imitate the pronunciation and intonation，and then ask students to try to memorize the conversation.
