教材分析 在Let’s talk部分,Mike和朋友一起去马戏团看表演,他们在帐篷外看的时候,发现了一个“奇怪”的动物,Mike猜是熊,结果发现是化过妆的熊猫。走进帐篷,他们又发现了一个有趣的穿着裤子的狗,Mike和朋友都很喜欢。在这个过程中,教材呈现了如何询问远处不认识的动物的句式:What’s that 以及如何用Cool! I like it. 来表达自己的喜欢与欣赏。因为学生在A部分学习过了What’s this 在此课时中,重要的是引导学生区别this和that。Let’s play 是个猜动物的游戏。一个学生把动物图片放在背后,另外一个同学来猜。在此过程中使用重点句式:What’s that It’s a ... I like it. 在实际教学中,可以使用教室内的实物、文具等物品进行练习。也可以利用多媒体展示一些动物的影子,来让学生猜一猜,让他们在猜测中练习重点句式。
学情分析 We love animals 这一单元围绕小动物展开对单词的认知,与学生的日常生活联系紧密。因为学生的年龄特点,对动物也都很偏爱,所以在本课中要运用多样化教学手段使学生轻松掌握重难点。在学习小动物名称的同时,教育孩子们要珍爱小动物,因为动物是人类最好的朋友。在鼓励性语言评价中树立学生的自信心,让学生有兴趣说英语,做游戏及积极参与合作。

I like it.并操练。小学完成Let’s play部分句型练习并展示。完成课堂练习。 结合学生生活实际进行话题讨论,自然导入新课学习,激发学生学习兴趣。利用Mike和妹妹看马戏的情景,自然地引出要学的句型。有意识用“Cool!”评价学生,表达赞扬、欣赏,为下一步呈现做好铺垫。通过图片对比,让学生理解“funny”的意思,并用PPT动画呈现不同动物的有趣片段,学生进一步理解“funny”的含义并输出句型。播放录音,学生听录音跟读,引导学生按照正确的语音、语调朗读对话,并能在小组中进行角色扮演。检测当堂学习效果。
