Put the wall picture on the blackboard.Then play the recording of different noises. Ask some students to point to the things in the picture and answer the questions. 儿歌引出主题,激发学生的学习兴趣。
While-task procedure Look and say Look at the pictures of “Look and say” on P.14and listen to the tape. Ask some questions about the pictures. Listen to the recording for “Look and say” and repeat after it. Write the key pattern---did--- on the blackboard.Ask the students to answer the questions about each picture. Give them some key words as hints if necessary. Play the recording for “Look and say” again and have the students repeat after the recording. Then have them practice the dialogue in pairs. Invite several pairs to act it out in front of the class. Do “Tick and say” 通过听读,以及学生间的问答, 培养学生合作学习的能力。 利用图片,结合生活实际操练所学的句型,培养学生的观察能力,同时也避免了句型操练的枯燥性。
Post-task activity Read and complete Have the students complete the following passage. Do Part E of the Workbook. 通过听说读写四项技能综合运用,提高学生运用语言主动表达物体的能力。
Assignment Copy the new words and the text. Listen and read “Look and say” after the tape.
