单元主题意义 本单元的主题属于“人与社会 ”范畴，本单元以选择电影院的话题为导入，讨论城镇内配套设施的比较，熟练使用句型：It has the biggest screens .You can buy tickets the most quickly there. 同时，以同学熟悉感兴趣的时尚节目《中国达人秀》为话题，用最高级谈论最有才艺的人，熟练使用句型:He is the most talented singer.等，话题内容可以拓展至中国最佳城市的话题，拓宽学生的思路。
单元教学目标 通过本单元的学习，学生能够： 目标a：通过阅读掌握并运用what’s the best theater It has the most comfortable seat等句子，学生能够寻找形容词、副词比较级和最高级的变化规律，记忆词汇；尝试运用所学句子和词汇用于日常交际和写作之中。 目标b：学生能够读懂并了解 “达人秀”的起源、基本特点、受人喜欢的原因以及它引起人们争议的方面。学生在关于选秀节目的现状中善于运用批判性思维去看待问题，能够正确对待追星问题，能够就 “达人秀”节目表达自己的观点。 目标c：学生能够通过阅读语篇和观看视频播放，快速获取主要信息，让学生深度文本，基本具备用英语提取信息、处理信息，简单表达自己的观点的能力。 目标d：学生通过音频播放，获取语言知识，提升学生听力技巧和听力水平；学生能够用英语表达自己的意愿，谈论目的，流畅完成对话任务，并能够向全班分享交流，提升学生口语水平。 目标e:通过单元学习，尝试梳理概括本单元知识体系，借助思维图呈现所形成的结构化知识。 与核心素养的关系： 学完本单元后，学生能够发散学生思维，拓宽学生知识渠道，通过合作学习，帮助学生了解并借鉴他人的有效学习方法，不断提高自己的学习效率。
整体教学思路及教学结构图 1.来源& 内容： 本单元是《新目标英语》系列教材之一Go for it !八年级上册的第四单元。通过讨论你所居住的城镇，主要内容为形容词、副词最高级。 通过学习，提高学生对于事物的辨别和比较能力，不断提高自己的审美能力，能够根据对话了解个人特长，学会询问、讨论他人的才艺，准确表达自己的观点和想法，以批判性思维来思考问题。 2.纵向知识关联： 功能：1. 能就个人喜好进行讨论。 能进行比较。 话题： 你居住的城镇。 语言知识： 能掌握以下单词：theater ,comfortable ,seat screen , close , ticket , worst , cheaply , DJ. choose , carefully , reporter , so far ... 能掌握最高级相关句型。 掌握形容词级副词的最高级形式，用最高级形式来描述人或物的特殊 。 3.横向知识关联： （1 ）复习七年级下册的相关短语； （2 ）本单元出现的语法也为八下Unit 7，九年级Unit 4 打下基础。 （3 ）本单元也反复强调了形容词和副词，依旧带新。 教学结构图：

Section B 1a-1e 听说课 第三课时 学习利用非听力因素（如：图片等）辅助理解，提高听力效率，并在听的过程中体验感知目标语言等内容，并学会提取所需要的关键信息。 通过问题启发式评价引导学生，评价学生对语篇主题的理解；通过个人思考和合作交流，评价学生主动参与到学习中的能力。
Section B 2a-2e 读写课 第四课时 能学会重点单词、短语及目标语言。阅读短文获得正确信息，并能完成相关任务，提高学生的综合阅读能力。 激励性评价贯穿始末，考虑到学生的心里特征以及英语这门学科的特殊性，只要学生参与课堂活动中来并进行认证的反馈，教师均应给出鼓励性评价，以此来提高学生学习的积极性。
Section B 3a-Self check 写作课 第五课时 复习形容词和副词的最高级变化形式，并能运用所学知识形成语篇。 作文当堂互评，再分析作文的框架和参考词汇后，让学生进行小组互评，最后小组展示最佳作文，通过白板展示，供全班学生赏析，学生互评的方式可以让学生通过取长补短，共同进步。

教材（语篇）分析： 【what】 本节课是一节写作复习课，是综合性的写作训练板块，对学生的语言运用提出了更高的要求。 【why】 3a的语篇天赐不仅再次让学生在语境中练习比较级与最高级，还为接下来的写作提供了很好的范例。3b是为3c提供写作的框架和要点，也为学生介绍地方，描写事物打开了思路。整个过程由易到难，循序渐进，复合学生的认知规律。 【how】 让学生意识到朋友的重要，突出了情感目标。
学情分析： 自然情况 通过前面四课时的学习，大部分同学寂静掌握了形容词和副词最高级的用法。 （二）已有基础 可以用适当的运用形容词副词最高级形成句子。

运用副词最高级的时候，学生出错的频率很高。 （四）解决措施 引导学生回忆、温习本单元学过的主要单词及目标语言。
