I. Warm-up
1.Duty report:Two students do a report together and ask the whole class two questions. The whole class answer the questions.
2.Quick eyes: Review some activities and frequencies
3.Brainstorm: Extension: Do you know more activities
II. Presentation
1.Ask and Answer
(1)T:How often do you go dancing
Ss: I go dancing once a week.
(2)T:How often do you play ping-pong
Ss: I play ping-pong twice a month.
(3)T: How often do you surf the Internet
Ss: I surf the Internet everyday.
(4)T: How often do you go hiking
Ss: I go hiking three times a month.
(5)T: How often do they go ice-skating
Ss: They go ice-skating five times a year.
(6)T: How often does Yao Ming play basketball
Ss: He plays basketball six times a day.
(7)T: How often does Liu Xiang go running
Ss: He goes running twice a day.
2.Being helpful
T: Liu Xiang is going to have a competition(比赛) He wants to run faster. Would you like to help him
Ss: Yes./Of course.
T: OK,now you have a chance to help Liu Xiang. Look, there are four activities here. if you can finish the tasks, you can help him to speed up. Are you ready

Activity 1: Listen, ask and answer(recorded by students)
(1)Hello! My name is Sue. I go camping twice a year.
Q: How often does Sue go camping
Ann: She goes camping twice a year. Hello! I am Tom. I like playing the piano. I play the piano every day.(recorded by students)
Q: What’s Tom’s favorite activity
Ann: His favorite activity is playing the piano.
Q:How often does he play the piano
Ann: He plays the piano every day. T: Now you have helped Liu Xiang to speed up 100.
Activity 2: Game time;
Let’s have a competition T: Now you have helped Liu Xiang to speed up 200.
Activity 3:
Listen and fill in the blanks
(1)Listen to the dialogue three times in different speeds (不同速度)and fill in the blanks.(recorded by different students)
(2) Check the answers
(3) Role play Boys are Peter, girls are Cici, Teacher is Momo Stand up in turns and act out the dialogue two times.
