这个单元主要学习活动的发生频率副词如once a week, once a month, three times a year等。学生已经掌握许多动词词组如watch TV, surf the Internet, sing songs等和表示时间的词如a week, a month, a year。本节课通过复习旧知，结合新知，让学生尝试表达一些日常活动的发生频率。
设计思路
整堂课以教师喜爱的日常活动和发生频率为导入，然后呈现朋友Lily喜爱的日常活动和发生频率，到最后让学生写出自己喜爱的日常活动和发生频率，形成一条主线。
教学目标
1.学生能够听说读写单词：once, twice, three times
2.能够结合实际生活运用句型How often do you … I...来回答或询问他人一些日常活动的发生频率。
3.培养学生良好的生活学习、运动习惯。选择健康的活动，享受健康的生活！ 教学重点
1.单词：once, twice, three times
2.句型：How often do you … I...
教学难点
1. 单词twice的发音
2. 准确表达自己平时活动的频率。

教学步骤
Step One.
Warming-up & Revision 热身和复习(3 mins)
1. Play a game: Sharp eyes. (通过该活动让学生将注意力集中到课堂上，激发学生的学习兴趣，活跃课堂气氛，并且复习已学过的活动词组)
2. Enjoy a song. （复习like doing句型）
Step Two.
Lead-in 创设情境，导入(2 mins)
1. Free-talk
Q: What do you like doing So, you ....once/twice/ three times ..five times a week
(让学生说like doing句型，老师顺便渗透，引出将要学的频率词，为接下来的教学内容做好铺垫。)
2. Watch video about Miss Huang
Do you want to know what Miss Huang likes doing How often Let’s see. （以教师喜爱的日常生活活动为情境作为导入）
Step Three. Present words & Practice呈现单词和操练(10 mins)
1. Answer questions and present words
(1) What does Miss Huang like doing
(2) How often （呈现表格，教师和学生共同回顾Miss Huang喜爱的活动和活动频率。教授新词once, twice, three times。）
2. Review words复习单词 （教师手指板书，和学生一同回顾新词，巩固新知。）
（1）Ss read the words in order.
（2）T points the words randomly, Ss read.
（复习，检测学生对单词的掌握情况，并且及时纠正)
Step Four. Present sentences & Practice呈现句型和操练(5 mins)
（1）Present answer
T:Let’s review and chant something about Miss Huang. Once a week, once a week, I do exercise once a week. Twice a week, twice a week, I watch TV twice a week. Three times a week, three times a week, I eat noodles three times a week. Four times a week, four times a week, I read books four times a week.
（熟读句子，让学生对表达日常活动发生频率的句子有比较深刻的印象，进而思考如何表达。）
（2）Present question
T: I read books four times a week.

(教师呈现问题和答句后，让学生练习说句子)
（3）Practice sentences
What about watch TV
How often do you watch TV
What about surf the Internet
How often do you surf the Internet
(选择大部分孩子都会做的日常活动词组来操练句子，让学生掌握问句与答句。)
学生观察图片，教师询问How often do you go shopping 回答引出.. a month 学生观察图片，教师询问How often do you go sightseeing 回答引出... a year
Step Five. Practice 练习(10 mins)
1. Which one is missing
T: Boys and girls you can read the words very well, let’s play a game. Which one is missing (此活动是为了让学生学会灵活说出频率副词，从而巩固新词组。)
2. Let’s talk.
T: Good job! You know the words very well. Let’s talk. Please ask and answer with your partner. (此活动为了让学生通过与同桌对话，学会运用句型How often do you … I...来回答或询问他人一些日常活动的发生频率。)
3. Let’s listen
T:You draw a picture once a week. What about my friend Lily What does she like doing How often Now, let’s listen and write down the right answer.
（学生要听懂，并且理解句子意思，才能准确快速完成练习，此活动为了锻炼学生的听力能力。）
Step Six. Production 写短文(9 mins)
1.SS write a passage about themselves.
T: Miss Huang wants to know about you
What do you like doing How often Please write down and tell me, OK
（通过前面听说读的训练，学生基本能够用句型How often do you … I...来表达一些日常活动的发生频率。此活动为了检验是否能够将自己的想法写出来，训练他们的写作能力。）
Step Seven. Summary 小结(1 min)
T: We know reading books is a good habit and a healthy activity. There are lots of other activities like riding a bike, swimming, playing basketball. They are healthy activities. We should do healthy activities and have healthy life!
Step Eight. Homework 家庭作业
1. Ask and write your family member what do they like doing and how often do they do that.(问你的家人喜欢的活动和活动的频率, 并写下来。)
