一、Pre-class
1. Greeting
2. Leading-in
教师活动:
1. Greet students as usual and check the homework.
2. Review what we have learned in the last period.
活动目的:通过课前互动及教学回顾,把学生们的注意力吸引到课堂上来,巩固之前所学知识;同时,为后面的教学奠定基础。
二、While-class
教师活动:
1. Teach activity 1a
(1) Ask students to listen and repeat.
(2) Ask students to read the numbers themselves and try to recite.
(3) Check whether students have mastered these numbers.
2. Teach activity 1b
(1) Lead students to read the instructions and make sure they know what to do.
(2) Ask students to write the numbers in 1a next to the correct words and check which row of numbers are in the wrong places.
(3) Invite students to give their answers and tell why.
(4) Check the correct answers with the class.
3. Teach activities 1c
(1) Ask students to listen to a tape and circle the numbers they hear in 1a.
(2) Invite some students to tell their answers.
(3) Check the correct answers with the whole class and find out about which numbers students make more mistakes.
(4) Correct the mistakes and Ask students to remember them.
4. Teach activity 1d
(1) Ask students to listen to a tape and circle the things in the pictures that Kate and her mom talk about.
(2) Play the recording for the first time and students circle the things.
(3) Check the correct answers with the class.
(4) Ask students to listen again and check the things Kate buys.
(5) Check the correct answers with the class.

三、After-class
Teach activity 1e
(1) Ask students to work with their partners and make conversations about things in the picture above.
(2) Give students an example.

四、Summary
In this period, we’ve learned the numbers 10-31 and try to read and write them. And we’ve also consolidated what we learned through some listening and speaking practice.
