Celebrated on the 15th day of the eighth lunar month each year, the Mid-Autumn Festival is famous in China and other Asian countries. It is a festival to mark the harvest. It is like Thanksgiving Day in America.
And it's also a good chance to slow down and enjoy the simple pleasure in life. But do you know how Chinese people celebrate the festival
The Mid-Autumn Festival is all about the full moon. Chinese people believe that the full moon stands for a family reunion (团圆) as well as perfection. As a result, enjoying the moon has become an important part of the Mid-Autumn Festival celebration.
As enjoying the moon is the theme of the Mid-Autumn Festival, selecting the perfect location is a thing that many people care about. Places with an open view are mostly welcome. For example, in Hangzhou
city, the West Lake is advised, because the moon's reflection (倒影) in the lake looks beautiful. In Beijing, the Summer Palace, Beihai Park and Jingshan Park are all among the best places to enjoy the full moon. Historical buildings such as towers or palaces sitting on high hills would make the best background for a good photo of the moon.
But the full moon itself is not enough. Chinese people also eat mooncakes on the festival. Mooncakes are made into the same shape as the moon, and they are filled with different stuffing(馅料)to satisfy people with different tastes. What's more, some fresh fruit and vegetables would make the night even more enjoyable. But hairy crab(大闸蟹)is probably the most popular dish besides mooncakes.
( )26. Why is enjoying the moon important when we celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival
A. Because it's a good chance to relax.
B. Because Chinese people like the moon.
C. Because it's a celebration of the harvest.
D. Because the full moon has special meanings.

( )27. What does the underlined word “selecting” mean in Paragraph 4
