I arrived in Penang in Malaysia this morning with my family. It was sunny and hot, so we decided to go to the beach near our hotel. My sister and I tried paragliding.
I felt like I was a bird. It was so exciting! For lunch, we had something very special—Malaysian yellow noodles. They were delicious! In the afternoon, we rode bicycles to Georgetown.
arrive at + 小地点（如城镇、机场、火车站）
arrive in + 大地点（如国家、大城市等）
arrive + 地点副词（如home, there, here）
try to do sth. 设法或尽力做某事
try doing sth. 尝试着做某事
have a try 试一试
feel like “给……的感觉；感受到”
feel like doing sth. = would like to do sth.
decide常见用法:
1) decide to do sth. 2) decide+疑问词+动词不定式
3) decide+宾语从句
decide的名词形式为decision
make a decision to do sth.=decide to do sth.
There are a lot of new buildings now, but many of the old buildings are still there. In Weld Quay, a really old place in Georgetown, we saw the houses of the Chinese traders from 100 years ago. I wonder what life was like here in the past. I really enjoyed walking around the town.
wonder = want to know, 其后常接who, what, why, where 以及if/whether等引导的宾语从句。宾语从句应用陈述语序。

What引导的感叹句结构：
What + a/an + adj.+可数名词单数（ +主语+谓语）！
What + adj.+可数名词复数/不可数名词（ +主语+谓语）！
too many“太多”修饰可数名词复数
too much“太多”修饰不可数名词或动词
much too“太”，修饰形容词或副词
wait常见用法：
wait for sb./sth. 等待某人/某物
wait (for sb./sth.) to do sth. 等待（某人/某物）做某事
can’t wait to do sth. 迫不及待做某事
When we got to the top, it was raining really hard. We didn’t have an umbrella so we were wet and cold. It was terrible! And because of the bad weather, we couldn’t see anything below. My father didn’t bring enough money, so we only had one bowl of rice and some fish. The food tasted great because I was so hungry!
巧记enough在句中的位置：
修饰名词很自由，可以前来可以后；
若是修饰形副动，一定后置记牢固。
