【知识点讲解】
1. Some things we have done are very good for the earth while others are bad.我们做的有些事情对地球有好处，然而有些对地球有害。
①some things we have done“我们已经做过的事情”, we have done 是一个句子充当定语,修饰 some things,该句省略了关系代词that。
②while 为并列连词时，意为“而，却”，表示对比关系。
while 为从属连词时，意为“当……时”，常引导含有延续性动词的时间状语从句，表示一个动作在进行的同时，另一个动作也在发生。while 前后时态一致。
while 作名词时，意为“一会儿，一段时间”，常用短语:for a while一会儿。
while = although 意为“虽然,尽管”,引导让步状语从句。
2. When it rains or when the wind blows, the earth is taken away.当刮风下雨时,土壤被带走。
take away 拿走,取走 be taken away 被带走(被动语态结构)。
