(1)worry about = be worried about 担心
1. worry about failing a test 担心考试不过关(及格)
例:你的父母常常担忧你的学习。

(2) fail是失败的意思,名词形式为failure ,动词形式为fail 。其反义词是成功,名词形式为success,动词形式为succeed,形容词形式为successful,副词形式为successfully。
2. Parents should not be too strict with teenagers.
家长不能对青少年太严厉。
be strict with sb. 对某人要求严格
be strict in sth. 对某方面要求严格
strict作形容词,意为“严厉的,严格的”;
