教学对象分析
经过四年的英语学习生活,学生们已经具备用英语思考和判断的能力,多数学生养成了学习英语的良好习惯,学生已具备了能正确模仿发音、拼读单词、认读简单词组和句型的能力,能用简单的句子描述所见、所闻的事情。有关这一单元主题内容,包含了行为模式和生活习惯,学生们在前四个年级都有不同形式和程度的接触,在本册书本中的前几单元学习了三单的的使用方法,能够讲述一些平时做的的事情。
本单元学生们在用三单的特殊疑问句句型对周末活动进行问答有一定的难度,可能在句型意义和结构的理解,并进行准确运用上,需要有一个不断积累提升转化的过程;同时,频度副词的准确使用对能力较弱的孩子有一定的难度。通过本单元的学习,将对三单和三单以外的特殊疑问句进行有效梳理,帮助学生正确理解和熟知此类特殊疑问句的规则。
教学目标
本单元的单元主题是At weekends。通过本单元的学习,学生能正确背诵含有音素s的诗歌;能运用频度副词usually, often, always, sometimes和核心词汇chat on the Internet, fly a kite, go to the cinema, have a picnic等对周末活动进行描述;能用核心句型What do you/ they / What does he/ she/ do at weekends?I/They usually/ often/always/sometimes… He/ She usually/ often/always/sometimes…对周末活动进行合理问答。在讨论各自周末活动的语境中,了解和对比不同的周末活动,感受周末活动的意义,体会周末的快乐。

第二 课时 知道音素s的在单词中的发音规律,能正确地跟读诗歌。 复习核心词汇usually, often, always, sometimes,chat on the Internet, fly a kite, go to the cinema, have a picnic等。 初步学习与操练单元核心句型,如:What do you/ they / What does he/ she/ do at weekends?I/They usually/ often/always/sometimes… He/ She usually/ often/always/sometimes… 感受三单在特殊疑问句的构成形式。 1.能准确感知、理解和运用周末活动的频度副词和活动短语,如:usually, often, always, sometimes,chat on the Internet, fly a kite, go to the cinema, have a picnic等。 2.能初步学习与操练What do you/ they / What does he/ she/ do at weekends?I/They usually/ often/always/sometimes… He/ She usually/ often/always/sometimes… 等来问答Brown一家的周末活动。 3.在交流的过程中感受不同周末活动给这一家人带来的不同感受。
