第3课时 Part A Let’s spell
教学内容
Let’s spell 学生能够感知并归纳o-e在单词中的发音规则。学生能够读出符合o-e发音规则的单词。学生能够根据单词的读音,拼写出符合o-e发音规则的单词。
教学目标
语言知识目标
学生能够观察例词结构中共有的特征,即o_e。
2. 学生能够学习o与o_e组合在单词中的发音规则。
3. 学生能够根据o_e的发音规律,比较准确地读出符合发音规则的单词。
4. 学生能够根据单词的发音,拼写出符合o-e发音规则的单词。
(二)思维能力目标
1. 学生能够跟着唱文中的说唱歌谣,并进一步强化o_e组合的发音规则。
2. 学生能够有意识地根据o_e的发音规则,进行单词的拼读。

1. 学生能够通过本课的学习,达到乐于听、说英语。

教学过程
Step 1: Presentation
1. Greetings.
2. Mr Jones’s story.
T: Look at this man. Who is he
Ss: He is Mr Jones.
T: Great. Now let’s learn more about Mr Jones. What is he like
S1: He is tall.
S2: He is thin.
S3: He is funny.
T: Good job. And let’s look at his nose. He has a big nose.
T: What does he like to drink Can you guess
S1: Milk.
S2: Water.
S3: Juice.
T: No. He likes Coke.
T: He is very hard-working. And every day he takes many notes. Look, it is his notebook. And Look at his note.
T: And he goes home very late every day. Look, it is his home.
(红色字突出一下o_e结构的单词,把它们串起来一个关于Mr Jones的故事,注意句子与句子之间的衔接,尽可能的有趣自然)
(用5个o-e结构单词串成一个故事,可以让学生朗读一下)
Step 2: o_e结构单词规则
1. 朗读o-e结构的单词
T: Let’s read these words together. And try to find the rules for their pronunciation. Jones, nose, Coke, note, home
(5个o_e结构的单词,单独拎出来,带领学生朗读一下每个单词,并试着让学生去发现它们在拼写及发音方面的规则)
i_e结构单词规则
T: Watch carefully. We will find that they got a rule in spelling and pronunciation.
(可以先让学生说说看,他们观察到的规则)
T: Now take notes on your book about its rules.
(让学生在书本上做笔记)
(“o+辅音字母+ e”的音节中, o发它本身的音[ ],e不发音。)
Fill in the blanks!
T: With its rules, let’s fill in the blanks about Mr Jones.
(引导学生根据o_e结构的词汇发音及拼写规律,把单词补充完整。)
Try to read
T:Now we know the rules of o_e for pronunciation and spelling. Let’s read more other words.
(给学生展示更多符合o_e规则的单词,让学生尝试去拼读。)
Step 3: 短元音o的发音规则

T: Look. The dog is on the box. The orange box. See the dog. See the box. See the dog on the orange box.
(用图片展示,呈现单词dog, box, orange,老师一边读,一边让学生认真听,并分辨它们的发音。引导学生正确发出它们的音,注意与i_e的发音区别)
Step 4: Text
Let’s read
T: Open your book and turn to page 26. Before we listen, let’s read them one by one.
(在听力前,带领学生先朗读一下单词,增加熟悉感)
Let’s chant
T: Let’s listen to the chant about Mr Jones. Let’s follow it.
(跟读,并学习课文中的chant,跟着录音的节拍)
3.Listen and tick
T: Now look at four groups of words. Let’s read them one by one.
(在做听力前,先让学生把每个单词的音读读看,如果有发音失误的,要及时纠正。)
T: Let’s listen and tick the words you hear. (听完,核对答案)
T: Now let’s check the final answers.
4.Listen, circle and write
T: Let’s listen to the tape and try to tick o or o_e words. And write the words down.
