Analysis of the Teaching Material 本课是一节语法课。本部分在Section A所输入语言的基础上，Grammar Focus利用表格形式梳理出本单元的语法学习要点,单元重点语法结构，包括：形容词及副词的最高级形式的构成进行总结,形容词及形容词的最高级形式来描述人物或事物的句型结构,即谈论对某场所或者事物的喜好，以及对同类事物进行比较的最高级句型结构，然后3a-3c通过练习巩固语法知识。
Analysis of the Students 经过上一节课的学习，学生对于最高级的运用有了初步的认识，但是对于最高级的变换形式及使用情境需要更进一步的巩固。该班学困生多，课堂积极性不够高，参与率低，教法精简重点词汇与句型，分层次记忆与操练。通过各种方式对新句型与新单词进行反复大量的操练达到语用的目的。
Analysis of Teaching Objectives Language ability 学生能学习掌握下列词汇：worse, service, pretty, menu, act；进行一步复习巩固学习Section A 部分所学的生词和词组；对形容词及副词的最高级形式的构成进行总结，掌握其构成规则； 总结用形容词及形容词的最高级形式来描述人物或事物的句型结构。
Learningability 学生能正确理解形容词，副词最高级的意义，正确运用形容词，副词最高级；对形容词及副词的最高级形式的构成进行总结，掌握其构成规则。
Thinking quality 学生能总结用形容词及形容词的最高级形式来描述人物或事物的句型结构。
Cultural awareness 学生能了解所居住的社区，了解我们周围有哪些最出色的人或物，知道生活中有很多值得我们去学习的人，周围环境中有很多值得我们珍惜的事物。
Teaching Points 1.熟练掌握形容词和副词最高级的构成方式。2.运用形容词和副词的最高级形式来描述人物或事物。

Step 1Lead-in T plays a video of comparatives and superlatives，leads Ss to review the knowledge of last lesson. 观看视频，回顾比较级的运用。 通过rap说唱的展示，增加课堂趣味性。
Step2Presentation 1.T leads to review the three movie theaters, then summarize the rule of superlatives:regular change irregular change2. Game time. Put the words to the correct place. 在老师的引导下，总结形容词副词最高级的规则和不规则变化。举出典型例子。跟着老师的游戏，进一步掌握最高级的构成规律。 通过总结过程和游戏设计，加强学生对形容词副词最高级构成方式的掌握能力。
Step3　Grammar Focus 1.T asks Ss to read the contents on grammar focus part, then underline the superlatives. (This part is easy for Ss to find out. And T must show the results on PPT after Ss share.)2.T lets Ss pay attention to wh-question sentences. and leads students to summarize the rules:Wh- +is+ the+最高级+名词+(范围) 朗读课本Grammar Focus部分,找出最高级，学生跟着老师总结Grammar Focus的句型和用法. 通过观察Grammar Focus,总结最高级的疑问句式。
Step4　practice Work on 3a1.Let students read the sentences in 3a.2.Tell students to fill in the blanks with the correct forms of the words in brackets.Then check the answers in class.Work on 3b1.Ask students to think of three stores that sell similar things in their town.2.Let students look at the chart in 3b carefully and fill in the chart.3.Tell students to write six sentences using the information in the chart.Work on 3c1.Divide the class into several groups and let students think of three restaurants for lunch near their homes.2.Ask students to look at the chart in 3c and fill in it.3.Guide students to discuss in groups and choose the best restaurant.4.Choose several groups to report their answers in front of the class. 用所学的比较级和最高级知识，完成3a.学生通过思考和对比，进一步掌握形容词副词最高级用法。学生小组内活动练习。 通过完成3a，3b，巩固形容词副词比较级和最高级的构成及其句型的用法。通过3c的小组互动，有效调动学生积极性，帮助练习句型，同时培养学生的瞬间记忆能力,锻炼学生的观察和总结能力。小组活动可以调动学生的热情，相互交流可以提高学生的口语表达能力。
Step5Language points T explains knowledge points. 跟随老师做好笔记 重要知识点讲解将重点语法（形容词副词最高级）进行系统的讲解和分析，结合典例，帮助学生形成语法体系。
Step 6Summary Summarize the key content in this lesson. 跟随老师一起进行内容总结。 总结本课所学内容，利用将思维导图给学生进行有序的梳理。
Homework 1. Review and recite the superlatives of adjectives and adverbs.2.Write a composition about restaurants by using comparatives and superlatives of adjectives and adverbs. 学生记好家庭作业。 提高学生的语法运用能力。加深学生对形容词副词比较级最高级的理解和记忆。
