学情 分析 1.初三上学期的学生对本话题会有比较浓厚的兴趣，能听懂有关熟悉话题的语段和故事，能尝试和教师或同学就熟悉的话题进行交流。 2.学生本模块话题的知识储备：在九年级上册Module7已经学习过一般现在时的被动语态，对被动语态的意义、结构有了一定的理解。接受一般过去时的被动语态不是很难，不定式做宾补的被动语态是难点，需要通过各种形式，反复操练。

Yao Ming was a basketball player. He was born in Shanghai on September 12th,1980. He's 2. 26 meters tall. He likes playing basket- ball, playing computer games, listening to music and reading books. He was trained for basketball when he was 9 years old. At the age of 18, he was chosen for the Chinese national basketball team. In 2002, he played for the Houston Rockets in America. In 2011, he was given a China Olympic gold medal by Chinese Olympic Committee. His parents are basketball players, too.
