① have been是现在完成时，在文中表示Bruce 头痛咳嗽是过去开始，一直持续到现在。
② 现在完成时：“have/has+动词的过去分词”
表示过去发生或已经完成的动作对现在造成的影响或结果；
也可以用来表示发生在过去某一时刻的，持续到现在的动作。
e.g. I have learned English for over one year. 我学英语已经一年多了。
3. You'd better take some medicine. 你最好吃些药。
① had better：“最好……“，后接+V.原；
② had 常缩写成＇d，没有人称和数的变化；
③ 表示对别人的劝告、建议或表示一种愿望；
e.g. You'd better go there with your father. 你最好和你爸爸一起去那儿。
④ had better的否定式为 had better not，后接+V.原。
e.g. You'd better not read in the sun. 你最好不要在阳光下读书。
【补充】should 和 had better都可用于提出建议或劝告，但 should 比 had better语气要强一些。
