One day, while I was waiting for my father, I saw a little boy, around two years old, running freely on the grass as his mother watched from a short distance. The boy had a big smile on his face as if he had just been set free from some sort of prison (监狱). The boy would then fall to the grass, get up, without looking back at his mother, run as fast as he could, again, still with a smile on his face, as if nothing had happened.

The answer must be that they have not connected “falling down” with the word “failure”. How to make bubble tea
It’s so cold these days! How nice it would be to have a cup of hot bubble tea! Many people in China, especially (尤其) the young, are obsessed with it. You may often see a young person walking on the street, with a cup of hot bubble tea in his/her hand. Here is a simple bubble tea recipe (秘诀). Let’s try making this drink at home!
Ingredients:
black tea bags, water, tapioca pearls (薯粉珍珠), milk, sugar
Steps:
1. Steep (浸泡) the tea bags in freshly boiled (煮开的) water.
2. Add water and sugar to a pot and stir (搅拌) quickly. Heat (给加热) the water over medium-high heat (中高火) until the water boils and the sugar is completely melted (完全溶解). Now you have the syrup (糖浆) you need.
3. Boil water in another pot and add the hot tapioca pearls into it. Stir the pearls and wait for them to float (浮) to the top. Then, keep cooking for another 5 minutes.
4. Pour (倒) the tea into a cup. Add the hot tapioca pearls into the cup. Next, add some milk and the syrup you have just made to the cup. Stir and taste the drink. Add more milk or syrup according to your taste. Bubble tea is delicious, but drinking too much of it is bad for your health. If you really enjoy bubble tea, try to have less sugar in it and only have one cup every few weeks.
