There are four seasons in a year.

Each season is three months long.
The four seasons are winter, spring, summer, and fall.
Planet Earth revolves around the Sun.
Why We Have Seasons
Earth is tilted so as it revolves, areas of Earth get different amounts of sunlight and warmth.
Different amounts of sunlight and warmth cause the seasons.
During winter, the sky gets darker
earlier at night, and it stays darker
longer in the mornings.
