教学内容:
Book 6 Unit2 Vacation Plans 的第一课时。
学习句型:How are you going to Guangzhou Where are you going to stay 以及八个新单词。教学中,主要围绕“旅游出行的方式以及住宿”这个话题展开各种活动,本课的设计由学生熟悉的人物切入,旨在让学生了解人物的出行以及住宿方式,层层递进,掌握学习目标和询问他人旅游计划。
学情分析:
五年级的学生活泼好动,有着极强的求知欲和表现欲,喜欢直观形象思维,对游戏、竞赛、画画特别感兴趣。他们已经有了一定的学习基础,在四年级下册已经学习了一般将来时态be going to +动词原形。在这个基础上,我们本单元继续学习这个时态,对学生来说,比较容易接受。 设计理念: 《英语课程标准》要求小学英语教学以激发学生兴趣为出发点,并提倡采用任务型教学法,因此在本课时教学中注重为学生创设较真实的语言交际情景,同时采用小组竞赛和课堂活动等方式来学习、操练单词和句型。在课堂教学过程中,始终遵循“多信息、快节奏、勤反复”的原则来展开教学,并注意教学内容的层次性,由浅入深,循序渐进。
教学目标:
1.知识与技能目标:
(1)能听、说、读、写本课新单词: by ship ,by plane ,by bus, by train,stay in a hotel, stay with my aunt and uncle, go camping, go sightseeing.
(2)能够运用句型:Where are you going How are you going to... Where are you going to stay What are you going to do 询问并回答。
2.情感目标
(1)通过老师创设的真实的情景教学,激发学生学习的兴趣,集中学生的注意力,提高学习效率。
(2)通过小组合作,培养学生良好的合作精神。

3.板书准备:在黑板预先写好课题Unit 2 Vacation Plans,根据本课教学内容,列出where to go, How to go, Where to stay, What to do。
教学过程:
Step 1. Warming up
Free talk Good morning, everybody. What’s the weather like today It’s sunny. What day is it today It’s Friday. What day is it tomorrow It’s Saturday. Wow! Saturday is coming! We’re going to have a vacation! Are you happy I’m happy, too. And I’m excited! So, what are you going to do during the vacation Boys and girls, we’re talking about vacation plans! (板书:Unit 2 Vacation Plans),How about them What are they doing What are they talking about Let’s listen and look!
【设计意图:课前师生进行简单的会话,既可以拉近师生间的距离,又可以培养学生在真实的语言情景中进行自由交际的能力,一步一步地把学生带入本课的学习。】

Part 1
1).OK, this is Lisa and Ben’s vacation plan. What’s the vacation Weekend. Where are they going Guangzhou.
How are they going to Guangzhou By bus.
(Can we go to Guangzhou by ship By plane By train. No, but we can go by high-speed railway.)
Where are they going to stay Stay in a hotel. (Hilton hotel, Five star hotel) What are they going to do Go sightseeing.
【设计意图:新课的导入自然顺畅,先让学生了解Lisa and Ben的旅游计划,再以提问的方式, 让学生学习新单词, 并拓展的单词的用法和相关的课外单词】
2)So, this is Lisa and Ben’s vacation plan. How about Jenny and Tony Now you are Gogo, Let’s ask Tony and Jenny!
【设计意图:这一环节让学生以提问的方式,掌握目标句型,并学习新单词。同时拓展课外单词。】

2). Now, we know Lisa and Ben’s vacation plan, Tony and Jenny’s vacation plan, how about Gogo Please work in group, 2 students for Tony and Jenny, 2 students for Gogo, Let’s ask and answer, guess Gogo’s vacation plan!
