Mariana Trench (马里亚纳海沟) lies at the bottom of the Pacific Ocean, the northeast side of Philippines(菲律宾). It’s estimated that it was formed over 60 million years ago. The deepest part of the Mariana Trench is about 11000 meters, which is recognized as the deepest in the world for now.
On 11.10th 2020, China’s Fendouzhe Striver deep-sea manned submersible(中国深海载人潜水器 “奋斗者号”) had succeeded touching the ground in Mariana Trench at the depth of 10909 meters.

Beyond that the colours darkened into fine shades of deep blue, and gradually disappeared.
Above me was the calm surface of the sea.
This dazzling carpet…drove away the rays of the sun with wonderful intensity….

Speaking of the adventure, the thrilling diving experience in Sanya came into my mind first. It was such a wonderful experience that I would never forget it.
I was diving in the sea when various fishes appeared. At first I was astonished, but gradually I was fascinated by the scenery. I thought the colorful fish were dangerous, but it turned out that they were lovely and friendly.I was swimming happily with a group of sea creatures surrounding me. I was so tired that I fell asleep when I was back on the beach.
Though I was tired, I still thought it was worth trying again.
