1.prefer的用法
【1】prefer A to B、A与B相比较,比较喜欢A
例:I prefer English to Chinese. I　prefer　fish　to　meat.
【2】prefer doing A to doing B,A与B相比,比较喜欢做A
例：I prefer swimming to running.
【3】prefer to do A rather than do B，A与B相比,比较喜欢做A
例：I preferred to stay behind rather than go with you.
【4】词组prefer not to do “不愿意做……”
2. whatever 相当于no matter what

巧记以o结尾的名词变复数：

5.定语从句观察两个句子,看看有什么区别:

定义：复合句中，修饰某一名词或代词的从 ( http: / / www.21cnjy.com )句叫做定语从句。定语从句要跟在所修饰的名词或代词后面，被定语从句修饰的名词或代词叫做先行词。定语从句一般用关系代词who，that，which和whose来引导，放在从句的句首使从句与主句相连，并在句中担当一定的成分。
