You are probably familiar with the saying: An apple a day keeps the doctor away. A recent research carried out by the Chinese University of Hong Kong many change the saying: An apple a day may keep aging away.

In another study, researchers examined diets of thousands of women. They discovered that those who regularly ate apples were 20 percent less likely to suffer heart illness and stroke.

Have you ever had that thought? Lots of kids do. Usually this feeling doesn't last long. But what happens if you feel this way too much? If you don't like school, the first step is finding out why. You might not like school because a bully is bothering (烦扰) you, or because a kid you don't like wants to hang around with you.
