【What】 本课为听说课型。第一个听力材料的重点为解决日常矛盾的不同方法的意义和缺点，并提出最好的解决矛盾方法为协商；第二个听力材料主要讲述如何通过协商解决矛盾，及在协商过程中的注意事项。
【Why】 通过讨论日常矛盾的解决方法，帮助培养学生正确的解决问题的能力，告诉学生回避和暴力都不能及时解决问题。
【How】在激活相关知识环节，通过年级活动中刚发生的矛盾情况征求学生解决矛盾的方法；在听取信息环节，通过听后记录、复述、听后追问的方式提取听力文本的主要信息；在批判思维环节，引导学生反思听力材料中提到的最好的解决矛盾方式为协商这一观点是否存在问题，鼓励学生大胆发表观点，协商固然重要，还需要结合具体情况进行分析；
