M5 My school day 单元整体教学设计
一、模块主题 本模块是外研版新标准七年级上的第五模块,本模块以学校生活为话题。这一话题是学生非常熟悉的话题,学生容易产生较大兴趣,有利于师生在课堂上展开语言实践活动。
二、模块内容分析 U1着重介绍了用past, half past, to来表达时间和学校开始的课程及上课时间。同时,单元出现了让学生初步告知的主语为they,we, you的实义动词一般现在时。 U2课文介绍的是英国中学生亚历克斯在学校一天的生活,通过阅读文章,学生能够了解英国中学生的日常生活状况。本课文信息量大,有利于培养学生在阅读中提取细节信息的能力,同时又可以促进学生思维能力的发展。 U3是第一第二单元的综合,是前两个语言知识的运用平台。要求学生能够运用实义动词(主语为I,they,we ,you)一般现在时的肯定句和否定句,能够运用介词at, in, on,会用一般疑问句和特殊疑问句。其中,通过学习Around the world,学生对英国中学生的生活会更进一步的了解。
三、学情分析 学校生活这一话题对于初一学生来说很熟悉,但是对于刚升为初中的学生来说又是陌生的,因为学校生活不同于小学的学习生活。但是他们的注意力更具有稳定性,目的性和选择性,他们已经能够较长时间地集中注意于他们感兴趣的事物上,而学校生活学习内容和学生们的生活可谓息息相关,相信部分学生都会关心并且乐于参与讨论这一话题。但也存在部分学生畏难,不自信的表现。
四、模块教学目标 通过本单元的学习,学生能够: 目标a:能够掌握本单元的单词,短语: half, past, o’clock, to, lesson, difficult, love, because, interesting, talk, begin, go to school, get up, have breakfast, start, work, have lunch, go home, evening, have dinner, do homework, go to bed。 目标b:掌握重点句型: It’s six o’clock, It’s half past six, We have Chinese at eight o’clock, we don’t have maths. Do you like maths Yes, I do 等句型。 目标c:能使用连接连个简单句能够简单描写个人一天的学校生活并能与同学就学校生活这一话题交换信息。

三、教材分析: What---语篇主题和主要内容 本课时本模块的第2课时,阅读课文主要是介绍中学生艾利克斯在学校一天的生活,通过阅读文章,学生能够了解到英国中学生的日常生活情况,与第一单元相比,第二单元包含了更多的信息,有利于培养学生在阅读中提取细节信息的能力,同时有能促进学生思维的发展。 Why---语篇传递的主题意义
阅读后,学生可以根据自己的学校生活开展语言交际活动,以达到学以致用。利用多媒体资源制作课件,力求其中含有音频,图片等媒体,从而提供学生的英语学习兴趣。 How---文体结构、语言特点及功能 本单元的课型是阅读课,培养学生的英语阅读能力是阅读课的最主要目标。在教学中我把阅读过程分成为读前,读中,读后三个阶段。通过本单元的学习,学生既了解了英国学生的校园生活,也可以简单写出自己一天的学校生活,语法上进一步熟练运用实义动词一般现在时描述经常性或习惯的动作以及连词 and then的用法。
四、 教学目标: 学习能力目标: 学会词汇:go to school, get up , have breakfast, have lunch, go home, have dinner, do homework, go to bed, go to sleep. (2) 学会句型: I get up at..., but I don’t like football. 能读懂学校生活的文章,能简单描述个人一天的学校生活。 使学生乐于谈论学校生活,培养良好的学习愿景和兴趣。 思维品质目标: 培养学生积极参与的学习态度,并能够形成自主思考和小组合作的意识。 文化意识目标: 能在同学之间积极运用所学英语就学校生活进行表达和交流文化,意识了解英国国家学生学校生活。

六、教学过程

Ask students to match the time with the pictures in Activity 1.全体学生训练听力,对课文有整体的感知。Step 4 While reading1.Skimming. Ask students to skim the passage and answer. How many lessons do they have every day Careful reading. Ask them to read the passage and finish activity 3. check the answers by asking individual students. 2.Reading. Organize the students to read the passage. 3.Solve the language points. Help the students to solve the other difficult points which they didn’t mention.全体学生独立完成通过扫读和略读,培养学生在阅读中掌握浏览,跳读等阅读技巧。 让学生带着问题去读文章,并且让学生进行探讨,这都是很好地诱发学生自主尝试的动机,培养其自主学习的能力。 熟读课文内容掌握课文单词和词汇,培养合作精神。锻炼学生的口头表达能力及胆量。Step 5 After Reading1.Retell. Let the students fill in the blanks according to the picture and table.2. Call back the answers from some students then read the short passage in the whole class. 3. Speaking. Organize the students to share their school day in a group of four. 全体学生分成4组话题继续延伸,进一步鼓励学生发挥自己的想象力和主观能动性,并与实际相结合,提出自己的新观点,新思路和新方法。Step 6 SummaryGet the students to sum up the language points. 9.教学反思: 为了让学生更好掌握到本课的目标,我做了以下努力:首先通过对学习科目和时间的复习,让学生更好的掌握时间地的表达和书写做准备。其次为本课的学习创设了贴近学生生活的真实情景,同时解决了本课的重点短语,并围绕这个语境展开了一系列层层递进的听说活动的学习与练习,调动了学生的积极性。
