【教学目标】
1．知识目标。
（1）能听、说、认读单词及词组：days, month, year, January, February, March, April, May, June, July, August, September, October, November, December.
（2）能听懂、会说句型：How many… / …has/have…/ There be…
2．能力目标。
十二月份的读音与书写表达。
熟练掌握十二月份的读音与书写。
初步理解主语，系动词，表语，形容词，动词。
3．情感态度、文化意识、学习策略。
敢于开口说英语，表达中不怕出错误。能对新学内容进行归纳和总结，且能在语境中理解中西语言表达方式上的不同之处。
【教学重点】
认读单词并学会days, month, year, January, February, March, April, May, June, July, August, September, October, November, December.

【教学难点】

1．教师准备：多媒体课件、配套音响、单词卡。
2．学生准备：课本及其他学习用品。
【教学过程】
热身活动。
Sing a song.教师合唱歌曲Four seasons song 和 Twelve months.
2．新知呈现与操练。
（1）通过抢卡片游戏，学习新单词days, month, year, January, February, March, April, May, June, July, August, September, October, November, December.
（2）Listen, repeat and analyze the text.
Q1: How many days are there in a year
Q2: How many days are there in February
（3）Let's say it. Listen to the tape and sing the song.
Thirty days has September.
April, June, and November
All the rest have thirty-one
Except for February
Which has 28 or 29.
（4）Work in pairs.学生两人一组，练习对话。
3．巩固拓展。
（1）争分夺秒。
学生分为四组，每组每个成员需说出一个本单元的完整句子，要求句子不能重复，如果有人说重复句子，必须从头开始，在规定时间内说的最多句子的组别获胜。
（2）单词接龙。请学生完成月份单词接龙，每个学生反应时间是10秒钟。
4．总结。
教师和学生总结本课时的教学重点，先由学生谈谈自己学到了什么，再由老师总结。
