Analysis of the Teaching Material 本节课是该单元第二课时,复习本单元词汇和目标句型。围绕电视节目谈论个人的偏好,并阐述原因。
Gramme Focus归纳了本单元的目标语言,从语言功能上可以分为四种:谈论计划、谈论对某种电视节目的看法、询问以及说明原因,深入探讨电视节目。语法点为不定式作宾语,这是本部分的难点。接下来的3a-3c三个语法练习帮助学生通过不同方式巩固上述语法知识,从笔头练习过渡到口头练习,同时,开发性也逐步加强。
Analysis of the Students 通过第一课时的学习,学生们对于本单元的话题和句型结构有了一定的了解。语法方面,较为困难的是动词不定式,在此阶段,可以让学生先建立起动词不定式的意识,知道在英语中,两个动词连接时,可在第二个动词前加to,to do可以作前面动词的宾语。可以以本单元的几个动词不定式为例,让学生体会和感知。动词不定作其他成分的用法暂时不涉及。

Step 1Lead-in 1.Greeting.2.T shows some pictures, asks: What do you think of… 3. Further thinking, T asks:What does Grace think of sports show Do you agree with her Why 回顾电视节目及对其喜好表达跟着老师思考是否认同Grace/ Sarah的观点。 通过电视节目图片展示性回顾,增加课堂趣味性。通过思考,正确引导学生对电视节目的看法。
Step 2Presentation 1.T leads to review the content about Activities 2d in last lesson. then leads to the forms of Infinitive:to +动词原形 回顾上节课2d内容,找出动词不定式形式。 引出本课时重点语法—动词不定式。
Step 3Grammar Focus 1.T asks Ss to read the contents on grammar focus part, leads Ss to summarize the sentences:1) 谈论计划—Do you want to watch... —Yes, I do. / No, I don't. —What do you plan to... —I plan to... 2) 对电视节目的看法—What do you think of ... —I don't mind them. / I can't stand them. / I love watching them.3) 深入看法—What can you expect to ... —You can...4) 询问及回答—Why do you like... —Because...2.T lets Ss find out the Infinitive in the sentences. then explains the knowledge points of Infinitive.1) 接不定式作宾语的常用动词ask choose agree expect decide learn prefer pretend plan wishhope/ want /would like2) 有些动词既可接动词不定式作宾语,也可接动词-ing作宾语,但两者的意思大不相同。stop remember forget try mean 朗读课本Grammar Focus部分,跟着老师分析总结各个句子的用法。跟着老师学习动词不定时的语法规则。 通过观察Grammar Focus, 找出动词不定式,同时总结“谈论计划的句子,谈论对电视节目看法的句子,询问及说明原因”的句子。学习非谓语动词—动词不定式的用法。
Step4 practice Work on 3a1.Let students look at the sentences in 3a.2.Tell students to make a conversation and then practice it with a partner.3.Then select some pairs to share their conversations with their classmates. Work on 3b1.Ask students to look at the questions in 3b carefully.2.Let students give answers that are true for them.3.Select some students to share their different answers in class.Work on 3c1.Divide the class into several groups and let students look at the chart in 3c carefully.2.Let students ask and answer questions in groups and write the names in the chart.3.Choose several groups to report their results in front of the class. 学生完成3a任务单。选中的同学说出个人答案。完成3b任务单。完成3c任务单。大胆说出答案。 通过完成3a,3b,巩固动词不定式及看法句型的用法。通过3c的小组互动,有效调动学生积极性,帮助练习句型,同时培养学生的瞬间记忆能力。
Step 5Language Points Explanation 1.动词不定式是一种非谓语形式,没有人称和数的变化。由“to+动词原形”构成,否定式是直接在to之前加not。2.动词不定式作主语时,常用it作形式主语,将真正的主语放在句末。3.动词不定式作定语常用来修饰名词或不定代词, 作后置定语。4.动词不定式(短语)作表语常用于系动词be的后面。5.一些谓语动词后只能用不定式作宾语,常见这类词是表示命令、打算或希望:would like,like,want,wish,hope,decide,plan,expect 等6.带“to”的不定式作宾语补足语tell,ask,want,allow,get,encourage,teach sb. to do sth.7.不带“to”的不定式作宾语补足语,通常是使役动词和感官动词:一感(feel)、一帮(help)、二听(hear,listen to)、三让(let,make,have)、四看(look at,see,watch,notice) sb. do sth. 将知识点做好笔记。 将本课重点汇总系统的进行讲解和分析,结合典例,帮助学生形成语言体系。
Step6Exercises 用动词的适当形式填空。1. She expects ________ (arrive) tomorrow.2. Let’s _______ (watch) talk shows tonight.3. They hope _______ (visit) the Great Wall next year. 4. 创设教学情境是课堂生活化的基本途径,更是模拟生活,使课堂教学,更接近现实生活,使学生如临其境,如见其人,如闻其声,加强感知,突出体验的重要途径。本课时中利用所学句型进行对话,引导新课,激发学生的兴趣。接下来,教导重点语法,然后让学生自己完成3a,两人一组练习对话。最后,让学生完成3b和3c任务。让学生反复阅读和回答问题并不断练习,巩固对句子结构和语法的掌握。
