情感态度价值观 1.Know about some animals in the Arctic.2.Get the pupils to love the culture.
教学重点 理解新单词 “Arctic fox/Arctic hare/snowy owl /seal ”和句子：The foxes live in groups.They make tunnels under the snow.Their favourite food is lemmings.2.学会在短文中运用新的单词和句子并能掌握理解四段短文

Their fur is white……在此让学生猜How big are polar bears ___ metres ____ kolos然后图片出示：3 metres 650 kilos。 紧接着提出问题:What is the favourite food of polar bears 出示图片海豹引出单词seal.领读引导学生答Their favourite food is seals.(板书)T :打开书48页，阅读短文一。（师领读）Open your books and turn to page forty-eight.2.CAI 出示图片arctic fox领读单词并呈现问题，让学生带着问题阅读第2段Open your books and t ( http: / / www.21cnjy.com )urn to page forty-eight.
