句子解读
1、This is my sister. 这是我的姐姐。（教材七上p.7)
解读：用来介绍人或物的常用句型，常用于第三方给双方做介绍，注意不可以表达为“She is.."或“He is..”。 this, that 在这里是指示代词，其复数形式分别 为 these, those。其一般疑问句形式为“Is this/that.. ”或 “Are those/these.. " 回答时，用人称代词代替 this/that/these/those。
例 —Are these English books 这些是英语书吗？ —Yes, they are.是的，它们是
例—Is that your brother？那是你弟弟吗？ —Yes, he is.是的，他是。
2、 Who's she 谁？（教材七上p.7 1a)
解读：本句型用于向对方询问第三者的姓名、和某人的关系等,所问的人的数量是单数时，谓语动词用 is;
所问的人的数量是复数时，谓语动词用 are。注意当用 who进行提问，不知道是谁和人的数量时，问句的谓语动词常用单数形式。
—Who are those boys？那些男孩是谁？
—They are my friends.他们是我的朋友。
3、 Here are two nice photos of my family. 这儿有两张我家人的漂亮照片。（教材七上p.112b）
解读：这是一个完全倒装句。英语中以 here， there开头的句子，且主语是名词，则用完全倒装结构，即
“Here/There+谓语+主语.”，用于介绍或引入话题。句中的here并非主语，谓语动词的单复数形式由后面的主语决定。Here is the key.在这儿。

本单元的主题为“家庭（The family）”。通过本单元的学习，学生能够简单介绍任务关系，指认任务关系。在语法方面，学生能够正确运用指示代词this、that、 these、those介绍人物关系，能够运用who引导的特殊疑问句询问第三方是谁。
语篇品读 The Family The traditional American family is a "nuclear family". A nuclear family refers to a husband, a wife and their children. A common American family today has two or three children (and maybe a few pets). In some cultures, people live close to their extended family. Several generations may even live together. In America, there are only a few cases where more than one household live under one roof. For Americans, the goal of parents is to help children stand on their own two feet. From infancy, each child may get his or her own room. As children grow, they will have more freedom to make their own choices. Of course, they will listen to their parents advice. The relationship between parents and children in America is very informal. They allow their children to have their own dreams. Americans praise and encourage their children to give them the confidence to succeed.
