A Possible Version :
Last week I held a big party at home to celebrate my birthday. I invited my family members and some friends. Several neighbors attended the party as well.
Before the party, we prepared some cakes and fruits. We also made some orange juice. Then my family and friends started coming. They brought some beautiful presents for me, including flowers, sweets and books. After that I served them with fruits and soft drinks. Later, my parents cooked some food and we had a big meal. After dinner, we cut and ate the birthday cake happily. They sang birthday song for me. Next we had all kinds of activities, such as singing ,dancing, playing games and so on. We took many photos as well.
The party lasted three hours. In the end all the guests left my house at 11:00. I felt very excited. I had a good time on my birthday!
