Unit 4 What’s the best movie theater
一、单元分析
本单元的中心话题是"Your town",语言技能和语言知识几乎都围绕“discuss preferences and make comparisons"设计的。
本单元以自己身边的人物及生活周边的配套设施为主线,通过比较身边最好的电影院、服装店、电台及谈论身边乃至全国、全球的拥有不同才能的达人们等展开一系列任务活动。教材内容从基本语言知识到语言综合运用层层递进,听、说、读、写依次展开,以一种循序渐进的学习程序,引导学生有目的地学习语言。
二、学情分析
本单元通过谈论和比较自己身边的人物及生活周边的配套设施展开一系列任务活动,能激发学生说的兴趣。另外,学生已经在上一个单元学习了比较级的用法,且在小学也接触过最高级, 理解最高级的用法及意义难度不大。但学生在书面应用过程中容易忘记在最高级前面加“the”,并且抓好对于最高级中不规则变化的单词的记忆落实。

教学重点: 1. 形容词及副词最高级形式的构成。2. 用形容词或副词的最高级形式来描述人或事物。
