教材分析:
Unit1 的对话由贝蒂和玲玲参观完动物园引发的关于野生动物的生存现状,动物濒危的原因以及如何保护动物展开讨论。引发人们思考保护动物的意识和举措,践行保护动物的理念。
Unit2的阅读文章 描述了大熊猫的现状以及不同主体采取的保护措施。引导学生能够意识到环境保护的重要性,增强进行环保宣传的责任感,关爱地球上的濒危动物。
Unit3复习单元中介绍了老虎的生存现状,进一步激发学生保护濒危动物的意识。扩展学生有关动物保护方面的知识。
学情分析:
学生对动物这个话题非常感兴趣,而且在七年级上册Module6 学过动物的话题,对本课话题有一定的了解,但学生在深挖文本及迁移创新方面存在一定难度。除此在前一个模块对动词不定式“to do”的结构已有认识,能够在正确使用动词宾语的”to do ”,并熟记常接“to do ”的动词。因此学生对于文章中的动词不定式结构理解难度不大。

一.教材分析:
Unit1 主题属于“人与自然“范畴,涉及”人与环境,人与动植物“。
What:本课语篇有两段对话组成,第一段对话通过两位同学对《动物世界》节目内容的讨论展开,提出两个问题,引发听者主动思考。第二段对话是玲玲和贝蒂谈论濒危动物的生存现状、濒危的原因以及如何保护动物。
Why:从谈论濒危动物现状,到探究原因,再思考解决措施,层层递进,引导学生思考与探究,激发学生更详细地了解动物生存现状的兴趣,鼓励学生探究其深层原因,进而探索有效的保护措施。
How:本单元以贝蒂和Tony 的对话展开,第一段对话提出问题,作为话题导入,第二段对话中贝蒂和玲玲由谈论去动物园看熊猫的经历引入,按照发现问题-分析问题-解决问题的顺序层层递进,对话中呈现了allow sb to do, give money to do等动词不定式作宾语补足语、目的状语的语言现象。有利于学生在语境中感知体会动词不定式的用法。
二.学情分析:
本单元是关于动物主题,学生在七年级学习过”Visit the zoo”,所以并不陌生。能够描述动物的外貌与习性;因此可以听懂文章的大意,但是缺乏对动物濒危原因的分析并给出正确的保护措施。;在上一个模块中已经接触过动词不定式,对动词不定式已有一定的认识,但是对于动词不定式作宾语补足语、目的状语的用法还不会。
教学目标
能够掌握下列词汇和短语:snake、neck、thin、danger、interested, allow, protect, wild, grow, enough, peace, notice ,raise, in danger, at last等。
能掌握一下重点句型:

本课是语法课,学生通过复习相关词汇、语法及阅读,听力等活动,可以逐步达到用英语完成一张保护动物的宣传海报。
学情分析
