新课标 第一部分 单元教学设计总思路
学情分析
本单元是人教版英语(三年级起点)五年级上册第三单元,主要围绕“饮食文化"这个话题,他们已经积累了一定的语言基础,具备基本的听说读写能力。学生在三年级上、下册和四年级上册接触过类似的话题,其中在三年级上册Unit 5 Let’s eat中,学生掌握句型I’d like some...和Can I have some...;核心单词:Juice, milk, bread等。在四年级上册unit 5 Dinner’s ready 中,学生掌握句型:What would you like... I’d like...等核心句型和单词,所以五年级的学生对于饮食相关的食物和饮料有所了解,但是对于描述自己喜爱的食物及其原因,对中西方饮食文化的差异,对合理安排健康饮食还是认识不够全面,需要在本单元学习。从了解中西方饮食文化的差异到了解个人饮食习惯的差异,学会欣赏和尊重他人的饮食喜好,树立正确的价值观,保持合理健康的饮食习惯,坚持绿色生活。
二、单元整体设计思路

语篇研读(附图)
本节课是词汇篇, 主要学习形容食物特征的5个形容词, 根据图片, 音频, 书写等让学生从听觉、视觉直观感知本节课的核心词汇和句型。通过自主发表看法和意见,让学生在交际中巩固所学内容,从中体验、实践、交流和探究语言,达成逐步熟悉词汇的意义和功能再通过和同学之间谈论自己最喜欢的食物,并能说出理由,引导学生养成良好的饮食习惯,提醒学生多吃健康的蔬菜瓜果,不暴饮暴食。
教学过程
核心素养教学目标 语言知识目标:能在图片和文本语境的帮助下,听懂、会说、会认, 会写核心词汇和句型, 通过What's your favourite food I love____. It's/They 're______.进行简单对话,并大胆说英语。思维能力目标: 能快速认读和运用核心词汇等,能运用核心句型进行简单的问答练习学习能力目标: 能在教师引导下,能听懂、会说、会认, 会写单词sweet, fresh, healthy, delicious, hot等,能在教师引导下,运用句子What's your favourite food 询问对方最喜欢的食物并能用 I love____.
