单元主题意义 本单元的主题属于“人与社会 ”范畴,中心话题是谈论电视节目和电影。目标是让学生学会表达自己的看法,并能灵活运用表带看法的语句来谈论自己的喜好。
单元教学目标 通过本单元的学习,学生能够: 目标a:知道和了解电视和电影的名称;用英语谈论对电视节目和电影的喜好;读懂对有关电视节目和电影的描述和评价;清楚地用书面文字给他人表达对相关电视节目和电影的看法。 目标b:帮助学生学会应英语阐述自己的喜好并对电视节目电影作出相应的评价。培养学生的自主意识和追求内心世界的美好,热爱生活的积极生活态度。 目标c:将语言学习与实践运用结合起来,学会用英语阐述自己的喜好并对电视节,电影作出相应的评价。 目标d:通过学习谈论流行文化,了解各类电视和电视节目的名称和自己的喜好。注意引导学生们形成正确的文化观念,大力培养学生们的跨文化意义,形成自己独立的个性。 目标e:通过单元学习,尝试梳理概括本单元知识体系,借助思维图呈现所形成的结构化知识。 与核心素养的关系: 学完本单元后,学生能够发散学生思维,拓宽学生知识渠道,通过合作学习,帮助学生了解并借鉴他人的有效学习方法,不断提高自己的学习效率。
整体教学思路及教学结构图 1.来源& 内容: 本单元是《新目标英语》系列教材之一Go for it !八年级上册的第五单元。本单元的主要内容是学会谈论各类电影和电视节目。识记和拓展各类电影和电视节目的名称和描述性词汇。了解和熟练掌握非谓语动词的to do (want , plan , expect )结构。通过阅读文本,帮助学生学会如何提取关键信息。帮助学生学会如何叙述电影故事和书写影评。 2.纵向知识关联: 功能:1. 能谈论喜好。 学会指定计划。 话题: 谈论各类电影和电视节目。 语言知识: 能认识电视节目和电影的名称:sitcom , news , talk show , cartoon , soap opera , game show , sports show , talent show . 能掌握表达观点和看法句型: What do you want to watch What do you think of talk shows I can’t stand them . I don’t mind them . I like /love them ./I don’t like them . 掌握动词不定式结构做动词的宾语;后面节动词不定式做宾语的动词。 学会陈述自己的看法;学会谈论自己的喜好。 3.横向知识关联: (1 )复习八年级下册的相关短语; (2 )本单元也反复强调表达喜好的问句及答语,为九年级的第九单元打下基础。 教学结构图:

Section B 1a-1e 听说课 第三课时 在听的过程中体验感知目标语言等内容,并学会提取所需要的关键信息。了解分为与动词——to do 的结构,并在对话中进一步帮助学生掌握结构用法,并达到熟练程度,通过大量练习,复习和巩固表达喜好的句子。 通过问题启发式评价引导学生,评价学生对语篇主题的理解;通过个人思考和合作交流,评价学生主动参与到学习中的能力。
Section B 2a-2e 读写课 第四课时 通过阅读文本,帮助学生学会如何提取关键信息。通过学习美国的米奇这一典型卡通任务来了解卡通片的历史,同时培养学生养成正面的健康的文化追求。 帮助学生学会如何叙述电影故事和书写影评。 激励性评价贯穿始末,考虑到学生的心里特征以及英语这门学科的特殊性,只要学生参与课堂活动中来并进行认证的反馈,教师均应给出鼓励性评价,以此来提高学生学习的积极性。
Section B 3a-Self check 写作课 第五课时 培养学生的阅读理解能力和写作能力。 作文当堂互评,再分析作文的框架和参考词汇后,让学生进行小组互评,最后小组展示最佳作文,通过白板展示,供全班学生赏析,学生互评的方式可以让学生通过取长补短,共同进步。

教材(语篇)分析: 【what】 本课内容是一节阅读课。 【why】 课型为阅读课,采用读前、读中和读后的设计思路。 【how】 语篇围绕卡通片这一电影类型展开,主要谈论一个为学生熟知的美国卡通形象-米老鼠,让学生通过阅读了解卡通片在美国文化中的地位,特别是米老鼠的诞生和成名过程以及人们喜欢它的原因。
学情分析: 自然情况 学生对于卡通片非常熟悉,对米老鼠这一卡通角色也是耳熟能详。 (二)已有基础 学生已有很高的热情来投入阅读。
(三)存在问题
学生在已有的知识经验的基础上,对于卡通片在美国文化中的地位,以及米老鼠背后的故事了解不多。 (四)解决措施 设计层层的阅读任务,让学生通过阅读获取信息,生成新知,拓展学生的知识面,提高学生跨文化交际的意识。
