Then I read an article that said instead of asking “Am I fat ” I should be asking“ Am I fit ” I had no idea a letter could make such a difference! Once I started thinking about fitness rather than weight, things began to change. Two years ago, occupied with my study,I couldn’t balance rest and study. As a result, I often felt tired, anxious and stressed.
Then I read an article that said instead of keeping studying I should strike a balance between rest and study. Once I realized the importance of balancing rest and study, things began to change. Rather than studying all the time, I began to spare some time to have a rest. Instead of doing my homework all the day, I went to play football for an hour a day.
