教学内容
Let’s learn 学生能够听、说、认读单词“chopstick, bowl, fork, knife, spoon”学生能够运用句型“Pass me the knife and fork, please.”学生能够较熟练地表述就餐时需要的餐具。
Let’s do 学生能够听懂指令词pass, cut, use, try ,并根据指令做出正确的动作。能够小组合作,完成一份蔬菜沙拉的制作。
教学目标
(一)语言知识目标
1. 学生能够听懂、会说、认读单词“chopstick, bowl, fork, knife, spoon”。
2. 学生能够运用句型“Pass me the knife and fork, please.”熟练地表述就餐时需要的餐具。
(二)思维能力目标
1. 学生能够熟练且正确地向别人提出用餐建议或使用餐具的建议,并做出正确的回应。
2. 学生能够听懂动作指令,并做出相应的动作。
(三)学习能力目标
1. 学生通过小组合作等活动,学会与他人合作学习的能力。
2. 通过不同的学习任务,学生能有意识地运用所学字、词、句,培养“说英语”的能力。

教学过程
Step 1: Review

T: Let’s have dinner. Look at the pictures, if you know, please stand up and say it loudly.
(用闪卡形式快速帮学生复习食物类词汇: fish, egg, beef, noodles, rice, bread, cake, juice, soup, milk, chicken, vegetable. 可以让学生快速起立抢答,也可以设置成小组PK回答)
Step 2: Presentation
Bowl
T: What can we put in a bowl
S1: Rice.
T: Great. Look, we can use put rice in a bowl. It is a bowl of rice.
S2: Soup.
T: Right. We also can put soup in a bowl. Then we got a bowl of soup.
S3: Noodles.
T: Good job. We put noodles in a bowl. It is a bowl of noodles.
T: And we also can use a bowl to put salad. Look, it is a bowl of salads.
(用bowl来发散一下,可以用bowl来装什么)
Use the tableware
T: What are these
Ss: Knife, fork, chopsticks, spoon.
T: That’s right. And we use different tableware when we eat or drink different food.
Beef
T: When we eat beef, what do we use
S1: Use the knife and fork.
Soup
T: When we drink soup, what do we use
S2: Use the spoon.
Noodles
T: When we eat noodles, what do we use
S3: Use the chopsticks.
Rice
T: When we eat rice, what do we use
S4: Use the chopsticks.
Salad
T: When we eat a salad, what do we use

(展示完餐具后,让学生根据不同的食物来搭配不同的餐具,让话题接近生活场景)

Let’s talk
T: Look at this picture, who are they in the picture
S1: John.
S2: Wu Binbin.
S3: Wu Binbin’s Mum.
T: Where are they
Ss: They are at Wu Binbin’s home.
T: That’s right. Look, they are have dinner now. Look, what’s for their dinner
Ss: Beef, soup, vegetable, rice and bread.
(让学生先看图片,问学生3个问题。问题1:图片中的人物是谁? 问题2:他们现在在哪里呢? 问题3:图片中的晚餐有哪些?)

T: Look at the picture, let’s listen to the tape. What would John like Choose the correct answer.
Ss: John would like beef.
T: Excellent. And what tableware would John use
A: fork and knife B. chopsticks C. spoon
T: Let’s listen to the tape again. And find out the answer to this question.
(关上书本,听录音来回答问题。在听力前已经有铺垫了晚餐的食物和餐具了,在这一环节,降低学生听力的难度。问题1是让学生选出John喜欢的食物,问题2是选出John所选择的餐具)

Steps for making a salad
T: Let’s make a salad today. How can we make a salad Let’s follow these steps.
T: We need a bowl, a knife and some vegetable.
Step 1: Pass me the bowl.
Step 2: Pass me the knife.
(展示关键动词pass,并展示其动作,生词音标,书写等,老师也可以跟学生互动一下,让学生传递某样物品给老师)
Step 3: Cut the vegetable.
T: We use the knife to cut the vegetable. Be careful here.
(展示关键动词cut,老师带领做cut的动作,让学生一起来模仿)
Step 4: Use the spoon.
Step 5: Use the fork.
T: We also need the spoon and fork.
(展示关键动词use,示范其用的场景)
Step 6: The salad is ready. Now let’s try it!
T: Try, try, try. It’s yummy!
(展示关键动词try,老师展示品尝的动作,同时展示生词音标,书写等)

T: Now let’s play a game. I say the sentence, and you point to the picture. Are you ready Let’s go.

Make a salad
T: Let’s make a salad by yourself. Four of you in a group. And let’s make it and say the sentences out.
