Home is where you are loved the most and act the worst.

Charity
begins
at home.
Many people interpret the idea of “charity begins at home” to mean that it’s important to take care of yourself and your family before worrying about others. For example, they believe that it doesn’t make sense to worry about whether other families have enough to eat before your own family’s needs are taken care of. While this approach makes sense to an extent, it’s also a misinterpretation of the proverb.
Charity
begins
at home.
Studies show that happiness and a sense of fulfillment comes more from helping others and putting others ahead of yourself, along with a sense of gratitude, than from wealth or possessions. In other words, being charitable — truly charitable — is one of the secrets to a “good” life, and the idea of charity beginning at home has less to do with taking care of your own needs, and more to do with teaching your children about how to give to others.
Charity
begins
at home.
Children learn from their parents, and when you model charitable behavior and how to put others first — and why you should put others first — it’s more likely that you will raise children who have a giving spirit, not to mention fulfilling and happier lives.
Presenting ideas about the saying
Home is where you are loved the most and act the worst.
What does the saying mean Do you agree with it Give your reasons.
Example
I think that it means that family members love us the most and tolerate all our improper behavior, while we sometime may treat them with bad attitude or behavior.
In my opinion, young people should respect the elder in our family because sometimes they may be wrong about something, they do love us in a way.
As an example, I often had arguments with my father. But after getting older and older, I learn that arguments can't solve the problems. We should calm down and have a heart-to-heart communication with each other.
Think about the saying “Home is where you are loved the most and act the worst”. Present your idea to the class.
It is your family members who love you the most and tolerate all your inappropriate behaviour, while it is them who you treat with the most impolite attitude or behaviour.
Hello, everyone. I will take this opportunity to talk about our family members and love. I think the above-mentioned saying means that our family members love us most while we usually treat them with the worst attitude or behavior. In my opinion, young children often take the love and tolerance from family members for granted, which is very sad. Actually young people should do more to strengthen the bonds between family members because family relationships are not only sources of happines, they often provide us with positive force.
Young people should respect parents because they always love and support you. Tell your family members that you value their love and support. Do not allow feelings of anger, skepticism, or simple confusion to lead to serious issues between family members.
As an example, I often share my needs and feelings with my parents and ask for their advice. In this way, I can get useful suggestions and my parents can get repect from me.
1. Encouraging yourself to help others
2. Brainstorming ways that you can make other people’s days brighter.
3. Encouraging sacrifice
