本篇语篇内容是学生感兴趣但又不愿意触碰的一个话题。针对中国式家庭,如何在课堂上培养学生主动与家庭成员交流的意识很关键。在学习情况上,本班学生英语基础较好,学习态度认真,学习热情高,具备在阅读中获取细节信息的能力,但依然有小部分学生总结概括能力较弱。
教学目标:
1.记忆、掌握文中生词、短语和重点句型;读懂剧本,带领学生阅读文章,理解文章大意,掌握文中感情递进及矛盾发展过程,根据文章内容准确理解标题含义。
2.正确看待并妥善处理日常生活中与父母之间的矛盾,树立正确的家庭观,加深对单元主题的理解。
3.思考自己与家人之间的关系;结合高中生职业生涯规划考虑自己未来的工作选择及梦想实现的途径。
4.通过语篇学习,掌握戏剧基本要素,引导学生多渠道获取英语学习资源;让学生能够选择恰当的策略与方法,提高英语学习兴趣。
教学重点:
掌握戏剧五要素并在原文定位信息,找出人物矛盾冲突及三人职业、梦想和理由理解,了解故事情节的发展;
引导学生自主学习,通过人物的动作与对话概括人物性格特点,基本理解文章大意和标题内涵。
教学难点:
1. 学生能够读懂剧本并理解文章标题的深层含义,学会分析和思考问题;
2. 理解并掌握戏剧的问题特征、戏剧的基本要素和常见阅读方法;
3. 针对单元话题“家庭生活”展开简单的讨论和进行戏剧表演。

Predict the main idea of this passage according to the title and picture. During which, students need to guess the relationship among the three people and their feelings.
While reading
Fast reading:
Students read the passage quickly and find out the text type of this passage and elements of play, then let students locate them in this passage.
Find out the conflict among characters and summarize it.
Careful reading
Each character has a different personality. Pay attention to the words and actions and try to summarize the personality of each person.
