What:听懂、读懂失物招领处有关物品丢失的语句和文章;能提取、整理、概括语篇的关键信息、主要内容。 Why:通过对本部分的学习,学生能够整理、归纳所学内容,把握重点和难点;了解失物招领的小常识,培养爱惜个人财物以及拾金不昧的品德。 How:1.转盘游戏复习上节课所学内容 2.学习本课时新单词 3.Pair work练习目标语言 4.完成1b-1e,锻炼学生的听说能力 5.完成2a-2c,提高学生的读写及总结、整理和归纳能力。
学情分析
1、已有基础: 学生在前面已经基本掌握了本单元的重点语法知识和句型,为本课时的听说任务扫清了障碍。 2、存在障碍: 学生接触过语篇不多,对分析语篇,形成语篇意识有一定的困难。 3、解决措施: 老师再学法上给与一定的指导,课堂设计时发挥其优势,渗透学法指导阅读,提高学生的阅读能力,帮助了解失物招领的小常识,培养爱惜个人财物以及拾金不昧的品德。

本课时结束后,学生能够: 听懂、读懂失物招领处有关物品丢失的语句和文章。 能提取、整理、概括语篇的关键信息、主要内容。 了解失物招领的小常识,培养爱惜个人财物以及拾金不昧的品德。 4. 能根据语篇内容或所给条件进行改编或创编。

复习巩固旧知识,为听力环节做准备。 Activity 1: 1.Review what they have learned. 2.Teach the new words. 3.work on 1a.Match the words with the things in the picture. 3.work on 1b. Ask and answer questions about the things in the picture. 4.Pair work. Make conversations using the target language. A: Excuse me. What’ s this in English B: It’s a baseball. A: How do you spell it B: B-A-S-E-B-A-L-L. A: Is this your baseball B: Yes, it is. It’ s mine. A: Thank you for your help. B: You’ re welcome. 本环节的内容是原先学过的句型,对于学生来说难度较小。
设置意图:将本课时新单词带入到已经掌握的句型当中进行练习,学生接受的更快。
提高学生的听说能力。 Activity 2: Work on 1c. Before Ss listen,have them try to identify the contents of the related picture without referring to the list of words. In the picture in this activity, have Ss cover the box containing the words and try to name the items from a to i.Then have them do the listening activity. Work on 1d. Play the recording again and have Ss do the task in 1d. Then the T can check answers by asking Ss to say a full sentence with the answer like this: Linda lost her watch and ID card. Listen again. And fill in the blanks. Work on 1e. Pair work. A:Excuse me. I lost my… and… B:Is this/that… Are these/those.. A:Yes,.../No,... B:OK. Here you are. A:Thank you for your help. B:You’re welcome. 由于已经做过了听之前的准备,所以大部分学生能够准确的完成听力任务,并能够积极的参与的小组活动当中。
设置意图:让学生反复听录音,提高听力能力,听后的小组活动提高他们的口语表达能力。
提高学生的阅读分析能力。 Activity 3: Work on 2a. Write the things you lose easily. Work on 2b. Ask Ss to read the notices quickly on the board and circle the lost things. Read aloud and answer the questions. 1). What kind of notice is it 2). What is a Found or a Lost Read again and answer the questions. 1): Where is the computer game 2): What’s John’s phone number 3): Who lost a school ID card Work on 2c. Read the notices again and write down the items. Then check (√) Lost or Found. Explain the key language points to Ss and play the recording of the passage. 阅读任务难度由浅入深,各个层次的学生都能够积极主动的完成不同程度的任务。
设置意图:设置阅读任务,提高学生的阅读技巧。
