教材分析
(一)课程标准
1. 能根据听到的词句识别和指认图片和实物;并在此基础上认读所学词语;
2. 能交流简单的个人信息。
3. 能正确书写单词。
(二)教材解析
本课时以”I can …”为话题,学习5个词汇“dance”,“sing English songs”,“play the pipa”,“do kung fu”,“draw cartoons”。学生以前学过的动词词组:如read books, wash my clothes等可以和本课的内容联系起来,建立新旧知识的链接。What can you do I can ...是本课时的核心句型,也是对话中的重点,学生应听懂、会说,并会根据自己的实际情况回答。
教学目标 1. 能正确朗读单词和词组“dance”,“sing English songs”,“play the pipa”,“do kung fu”,“draw cartoons”。
2. 能在创设的情景中灵活运用句型“What can you do I can …”交流信息,描述自己会做的事。
(三)教学重难点
【教学重点】
新短语“draw cartoons”,“songs”的读音不容易读准。
【教学难点】
能在创设的实际情景中灵活运用句型“What can you do I can …”对部分后进生会有一定难度。
教学方法
教法:谈话法、演示法、情境教学法等教学方法,并以多媒体辅助教学。
学法:自主学习法和合作探究法等方法。
教学准备 学生:提前预习课文,熟读课文。
教师:钻研好教材,备好课,整理好自己的教学思路,准备好有关学习内容的PPT课件。
二、教学策略与过程设计
(一)热身、复习导入(Warm-up and Revision)
1. Say hello and sing a song with students
Good morning, boys and girls, how are you today I’m so happy and exciting to study with you all.
Before the lesson, I want to sing a song with you.Please stand up and show your hands.Let's go together.
2. 引入课题
There are many animals showing their talents.And can you answer me what can I do So what can you do
Ok, guys, what can you do I can sing English songs。This is the key sentence in last lesson。So this lesson we continue to learn something more about what can I do。Let's star let's lesrn part.
3.Group
I will divide you into several groups。This is group one, apple group.This is group two, banana group.
Let's see which group will be winner of this lesson.
复习上节课及所学主要句子,从歌曲导入课程,激起学生兴趣。
(二)呈现新课 (Presentation)
Study new words(学习新单词)
创设“才艺表演”情景:让我们来看看都有些什么才艺展示吧!
用课件依次出示画画、练功夫、唱英文歌曲、跳舞等情景,引出新单词和词组,并将其写在黑板上。

注意引导学生观察play的用法。

(三)趣味操练(Practice)
1. What's missing (什么不见了?)
Let's have a game name what's missing It means you need to carefully with your eyes and discover what's missing?
2.Drive a train(开火车)
Students ask and answer one sentence after another.
Such as“I can dance.”“What can you do ”“I can play the pipa.”“What can you do ……
3.Make a conversation(学生讨论)
Please make a conversation with your desk mates by using the languages.Just three minutes for you to make a conversation.
4. Sharing conversation(学生分享讨论)
Guys, you know our school talent show is coming, do you want to join the school show
What do you want to do for school talent show Just four people in the group to make discussion, I will give you five minutes now.
So who want to share?

1.作业布置
