Leading-in
Show some pictures of movie theaters to students. Ask students: Where do you usually watch movies
二、Practice
教学1a
Discuss the question: As for a movie theater, what is important to you
Ask students to look at the words in 1a,and fill the blank as their own opinions.
教学lb
1.Play the recording,listen for the first time and fill in the chart with the names of the cinema.
2. Listen again and check the answers.
3. Play the recording for the third time and ask students to read after the recording and imitate the pronunciation and intonation.
教学1c
Ask students to practice the conversation,and then make conversations about the other movie theaters. Then let some pairs act out their conversations in front of the class. Pay attention to students' pronunciation and intonation.
三、Listening
教学2a&2b
1.Ask students to read the words in 2a .
2.Ask students to add -(i)er or more to the words in 2a .
3. Prepare pictures of different clothes stores before listening and ask students to make comparisons about the quality , service and price . Then read the names of different radio stations.
4. Listen for different information by listening to the tape. Check the answers.
5. Listen again, pay attention to the pronunciation and intonation.
Pair work 2c
1.Ask students to work in pairs. Role-play a conversation according to the 2a and2b.
2.Then select some pairs to share their conversations in class.

1.Let students read the conversation.
2.Play the recording and let students read after it and imitate the pronunciation and intonation. And then ask students to try to memorize the conversation.
3.Ask students to act out the dialogue in pairs and select some pairs to act in front of the class.
四、Reading

Ask Ss to read the sentences and then fill in the blanks with the correct forms of the words in brackets. Then call some Ss to read the sentences and check answers.
3b.
Make Ss read the instruction in 3b. Make sure they know what to do.
Think of three stores in your town and fill in the chart. Then write six sentences using the information in the chart.
Ask Ss to say the names of stores in their town and write the names on the board.

Ask Ss for the names of three restaurants for lunch near their home and write them on the board.Divide the class into small groups. Ask them to choose three restaurants and fill in the chart.
