How to keep healthy
Recently, some students don’t eat breakfast. Some seldom take exercise and others often stay up. All these bad habits have caused great damage to their health and it has become a serious problem. So what should we do to keep healthy? First of all, we should have a balanced diet. A balanced diet can prevent disease and it allows you to enjoy life, have more energy and feel less stressed. Secondly, it is important to take exercise regularly to keep healthy. If you have time, you can play football, table tennis and so on. Thirdly, enough sleep is necessary for your health. Otherwise, you may fall ill easily. However, most of us haven’t realized how significant sleep is for our bodies. Last but not least, no matter what happens, we should be in a good mood.
