一、模块主题 本模块的话题是生日,是学生比较感兴趣的话题。生日对每一个人来说都十分重要,过生日不单是一种个人行为,也是反应一定的文化特点。
二、模块内容分析 U1是邀请朋友参加自己的生日聚会,内容涉及中国孩子和外国孩子怎样过生日,能让学生认识外国的生日文化,比较中西文化的不同,并借此培养和提高学生的跨文化社交意识。 U2是精选生日礼品,课文介绍了不同人的不同爱好,教师能够在教学中概括总结怎样表达爱好,并设计为同学组织一次生日聚会帮助同学运用这些表达方式。 U3是复习单元,对学生在前两个单元中已中沃的知识技能进行总结与综合性的练习。
三、学情分析 这单元你的教学对象是初一的学生,他们学习英语的热情和积极性较高,思维活跃,爱表现,爱活动,经过大部分学期的学习,他们能在教师的指导下,主动参与活动,合作探究,有相当一部分学生能用英语表达自己的意向。
四、模块教学目标 通过本单元的学习,学生能够: 目标a:能用“Would you like to… ”。发出邀请 目标b:能掌握频度副词的使用;能正确运用动词第三人称的单数形式及掌握形容词性物主代词的用法。 目标c:card, party, present, would,always, great, cake, never, cut, give, sing, happy, choose, wear, shoe, spend,money, film, song, usually, sometimes, often, ect. 目标d: 能读懂关于生日庆祝的短文和识别人们的爱好。能描述家人或朋友的喜欢特点并为其挑选生日礼物。

三、教材分析: What---语篇主题和主要内容 本模块以“生日”为话题展开听,说,读,写语言技能训练。本模块语法重点是频度副词,这是副词的使用与本模块的主题紧密相关。教师应注意设置语境,设计交际活动,培养学生的理解能力和表达能力。 Why---语篇传递的主题意义
这一话题邀请朋友参加自己的生日聚会,教学重点是表达邀请,可以培养学生乐于交友,乐于参与集体活动的良好情感态度,可以帮助他们了解不同国家的生日文化。 How---文体结构、语言特点及功能 本单元的重点是频度副词和行为动词第三人称单数形式的正确使用。行为动词的第三人称单数形式。通过小组合作的方式,学会合作学习。能听懂关于如何过生日的简单描述。能完成对话到句子的信息转换,会写生日邀请卡。
四、 教学目标: 学习能力目标: 学会词汇: card, party, present, would, always, never, cut, give, sing, happy, secret (2) 学会句型:Would you like to… I always/ often/ usually/ sometimes/ never… Give sb. sth. = give sth. to sb. 能正确朗读对话 。 能询问对方如何过生日,并做出正确的应答。 思维品质目标: 培养乐于交友,乐于与他人合作,健康向上的品格。 文化意识目标: 学生们通过实践和参与各种形式的活动,了解不同国家的人们赠送礼物时不同的风俗习惯。

T: What do you usually do on your birthday Show the students pictures and teach new words.观察学生互动表现,判断学生是否清晰理解是否理解并掌握新单词。用多媒体展示与课文相关的图片,使学生从这些直观图片轻松地学习新词汇。新颖动感的图片增加了学写的乐趣。Step 3 While-taskTask 1.Listening (Activity 2) Play the tape, have students the words as they hear. Then check the answer. 2. Guide the students to learn the conversation.(Activity 3) 3.Play the tape again and get the students to listen and choose the best answers. Then check. Task 2. Reading ( Activity 3) 1.Let the students read the conversation and do Activity 3. 2. Let them check their answers. 3. Organize the students to read the conversation with the video. 4.Ask the students to work with their groups to read the conversation, then ask several pairs to act it out. Task 3: Language points Organize three students to come to the teacher’s desk and show out some phrases and difficult points. Task 4: Practice 1.Ask the students to do Activity 4 and retell it. 2.Let the students complete the sentences with the words from the box, then check the answer. (Activity 5) 根据学生回答是否掌握课文内容。 采用小组竞赛的方式进行抢答,要求声音洪亮,无发音错误。抢答正确的学生加小组考核个人分1分。 每一个任务都行进行了发散思维的设计,引导学生深入思考,思维启发性问题学生可以先小组之间互相讨论之后,举手进行回答,只要思想积极,观点正确,小组考核每人积1分。学生听录音并根据录音内容作出判断,加强学生对课文的理解,训练学生从听力材料中能够听取信息,并培养学生细节听力的技巧。Step 4 Post-taskTask 5- Make a survey 1.Let the students work in groups of three. One interviews the other two students about their birthdays. 2.Let the students do a report according to the information. 3.Ask three or four students to report their survey.
