第3课时 Part A Let’s spell
教学内容
Let’s spell 学生能够根据a, e, i, o, u, a-e, i-e, o-e, u-e,-e的发音规则读出单词。学生能够通过对比a, e, i, o, u的长、短音,听录音选词,强化已学的发音规则。学生能够跟读歌谣,在有节奏的chant中强化学习上述发音规则。按照示范例词的提示,学生能够从chant中找出符合上述发音规则的单词。
教学目标
(一)语言知识目标
1. 学生能够感知并归纳元音字母a, e, i, o, u在开音节及闭音节中的发音规则。
2. 学生能够读出符合a, e, i, o, u发音规则的单词。
(二)思维能力目标
1. 学生能够根据单词的读音,拼写出符合发音规则的单词。
(三)学习能力目标
1. 学生通过chant等活动,拼读出符合发音规则的单词。
2. 通过不同的学习任务,学生能有意识地运用所学字、词、句,培养“说英语”的能力。
(四)文化品格目标
1. 利用不同的语境,增强文化素养和与他人交往的能力。
教学过程
Step 1: Review
1. Greetings.
2. Review
T: Let’s read and compare these words below.
1)字母a的长元音与短元音
a短元音/ /,例词有: cat, bag, dad, hand
a长元音/ei/, 例词有: cake, face, name, make
2)字母e的长元音与短元音
e短元音/e/,例词有: ten, pen, leg, red
e长元音/i:/, 例词有: me, he, she, we
3)字母i的长元音与短元音
i短元音/i/,例词有: big, pig, six, milk
i长元音/ai/, 例词有: kite, five, rice, like, nine
4)字母o的长元音与短元音
o短元音/ /,例词有: dog, box, orange, body
o长元音/ u/, 例词有: nose, note, Coke, Mr Jones
5)字母u的长元音与短元音
u短元音/ /,例词有: fun, run, duck, under
u长元音/ju:/, 例词有: use, cute, excuse
(复习并比对一下元音的长短音的区别,用图片,音标,及拼写,让学生再回顾一下之前学过的知识点。图片大部分都是来自于课本里的彩图,更加有助于学生的回忆)
Step 2: Read, listen and circle
1. Let’s read
T: According to the rules for spelling and pronunciations for words. Let’s try to read these words together.
T: Look at the book, before listening, let’s read them one by one.
Group 1 Group 2 Group 3me / he had / hid use / usmen / fan make / Mike case / catrice /face hot / nose man / mum
(进行复习之后,让学生来大胆读读看这三组词汇,听力前让学生对每个单词的发音有个大概的了解)
2.Let’s listen and circle
T: Let’s listen to the tape and circle the correct words you hear.
(听录音,把你所听到的正确的单词圈出来。)
Step 3: Let’s chant
Let’s talk
T: Look at the picture, who is he
Ss: He is a cat.
T: Yes, and he is cute.
T: Look at his hands, what’s in his hands
S1: A cake.
S2: A cup.
S3: A cup of milk.
T: That’s right. He’s got a cake and a cup of milk.
(看图片,并提问,让学生来说出今天的目标词汇等。把符合发音规律的用红色的字体标出,方便学生能够看着,准确发出其读音)
T: Look at this cake, what’s on the cake
T: It’s a rose. It’s beautiful. It’s red.
(让学生接着观察图片,其中蛋糕上的rose,并引出red这个词汇)
T: Let’s enjoy the cake. Cut the cake. Give me the cake. We like it.
(接着cake的话题,引出cut, like, cake, me等词汇,可以加入一些适当的肢体动作)
Listen and chant
T: Listen to the tape and let’s follow it. Chant with the tape.
(跟着听力材料一起有节拍地chant,可以让学生多听几遍)
Watch and chant
T: Now let’s watch the video and chant with the video.
(看视频,跟着视频一起有节拍地chant)
Chant by yourself
T: This time let’s chant by yourself, look at these words. Read them carefully.
(等熟练了之后,可以让学生脱离chant材料,有节拍地读下来,注意每个单词的发音。)
Group and write
在单词归类之前,让学生把每组的音标先写在对应的栏中,帮助他们更好地分辩发音。
