except 是介词，意为“除了.....之外都”，表示真正地把事物排除。Eg. We go there every day except Sunday. 除了星期天，我们每天都去那里。
拓展：besides ““除…外，还有”，指更进一步的拥有，包括所“除”事物在内。” Eg. Besides Tom, Mary went boating. 除了Tom之外，Mary也去划船了。

a bit:“稍微，有点”, 后面加形容词,如：a bit sad
拓展：a bit=a little, 后面加形容词
