第五个课时：Part 6 A story –The sleeping prince.

而在第三单元故事的主角是沉睡的王子the ( http: / / www.21cnjy.com ) sleeping prince。这个故事不仅仅是又有趣的情节，更重要的是从这个故事中可以让学生体会到一些做人的道理。这位王子在Jenny亲吻下，苏醒后不断的命令Jenny 和Claudia为他拿这拿那，语气粗鲁无礼。为什么他的话挺起来那么刺耳呢？因为他用的是英语里的祈使句。21教育网
祈使句可以用来表示命令。它的主语一般是第二 ( http: / / www.21cnjy.com )人称you， 但往往省略。祈使句通常用降调读。Get me a sandwich and some orange juice.www.21-cn-jy.com
给我弄一个三明治还有些橘汁来。
And now get me my shoes and socks.
现在给我把我的鞋子和袜子拿来。
Get me something. 给我拿…, get 是拿、取的意思。
其实祈使句不仅可以表示命令，还可以表示请求。
Get me a sandwich and some juice, please.
请给我来个三明治和一些橘汁。
同样的要求，加上了please, 请，听起来是不是感觉好多了呢！
还有更加客气，礼貌的说法：
Could you…. 请你… 好吗？
Could you get me a sandwich and some juice
请给我来个三明治和一些橘汁，好吗？
Could you get me the paper on the shelf
请你把书架上的报纸给我好吗？
