语篇分析 What: 本课时是一节读写课，围绕着子话题“Make new friends”展开，分为读、写两部分：第一部分是先由吴斌斌介绍他的好朋友Robin给大家认识，然后学生阅读机器人Robin的一封电子邮件，了解Robin的性格特点，能做什么和不能做什么，同时也清楚电子邮件的基本格式；第二部分为个性化书写活动，学生参考Robin发来的电子邮件，写一封关于自己能做什么或不能做什么的回件给Robin。Why: 教材情景延续单元大任务展开，学生在派对上通过邮件的形式结交到更多的朋友，学生阅读邮件内容，在阅读中增强思考和语言表达能力，提升读写技巧，向让人介绍自己的长处和短处，了解结交朋友的多种方式，积极参与到集体活动中，结交益友。How: 本课时主要有读和写两部分组成，学生通过阅读邮件，感知句型I can...but I can’t...了解Robin能做什么和不能做什么。然后提取语篇内容，进行复述，从性格、能力等方面对Robin进行描述，搭建语言框架，为后面的个性化书写做语言铺垫，拓展部分是基于教师所给的邮件框架，描述自己的能力和不足。
教学目标教学重点、难点 正确表达自己会做和不会做的事情，了解邮件的基本格式，掌握基本的阅读策略，获取文章主要信息，理解语篇内容，了解新词want, send, email，@的发音和意思，并能完成相应的练习活动；（学习理解）按照正确的意群及语音、语调跟读Robin找朋友的电子邮件，在教师的帮助下对文章的主题情节进行归纳、复述；（应用实践）根据教师所给的邮件框架，进行个性化书写，描写自己能或不能做的事情，写一封回件给Robin，并在班上展示；（迁移创新）了解古今中外传达信息的方式，鼓励学生积极参与学校的集体活动，结交益友，归纳play与文体活动名称的搭配。（迁移创新）教学重点：能够读懂Read and write的邮件，掌握基本的阅读策略，获取文章主要信息，理解语篇内容。教学难点：能够运用核心语言I can...but I can’t...书写邮件回信给Robin。

设计意图：本阶段学习活动旨在帮学生在语境中理解学习内容，学习核心词汇和核心语言。学生在教师的指导下看图预测对话内容，在跟读模仿中模仿正确的语音语调，内化语言，为语言输出奠定基础。
