1.the number of which ……的数量
An epidemic is the rapid spread of an infectious disease over a short period of time,causing a large number of deaths,the number of which differs for different diseases.(教材原句)

(1)此处the number of which为“名词+of+关系代词”结构,引导非限制性定语从句。
