课时目标   
1.能听、说、认读表示蔬菜的词汇“tomato”,“potato”,“green beans”和“carrot”,并掌握这些单词的复数形式。
2.能听懂、会说句子“Look at the green beans. They're so long.”,“Yes, and the potatoes are big.”,并能灵活运用这些句子谈论蔬菜。
3.能听懂、会唱“Let's chant”部分的歌谣。
4.培养学生积极与他人合作的优良品质。
5.教育学生在日常饮食中要多食蔬菜。

1.新词汇的听、说、认读。
2.能听懂、会说句子“Look at the green beans, They're so long.”,“Yes,and the potatoes are big”,并能灵活运用这些句子谈论蔬菜。

1.单词“tomato”和“potato”的复数形式。
2.单词“carrot”的发音较难,要反复操练,加深印象。

出示小猪佩奇的图片问What’this 学生回答后再出示佩奇一家的图片问What are these 引导学生回答They are pigs.同样的方法对鸭子的图片进行问答,并用上look at .....的句子。
Presentation  
1.A.Let's learn.
(1)教学生词。
①出示一个西红柿,问What’this It’s a tomato.教读tomato.然后说Look at the tomato.It's red.用克隆的方法呈现2个西红柿问What are these 引导学生回答They're tomatoes.Look at the tomatoes.They're red.对比教学tomato的单复数,并说:Tomatoes, tomatoes, I like tomatoes.
学生根据自己的实际情况用句型“I like…”或“I don't like…”说句子。
②同样方法教学potato,green beans,carrot。
注意:单词末尾“-s”或“-es”的发音,强调carrots中ts的读音。
③教学onion
(2)游戏巩固
①谁的反应快?随机呈现今天所学蔬菜的单复数,学生读出来。
②打地鼠游戏。每出现一种蔬菜学生就读出来。
③课堂活动:看谁找到更多的蔬菜.
(3)学生自由用Look at the.....It's\They're....描述喜爱的蔬菜。
2.A.Let's chant.
播放教学录音,全班学生小声跟着录音唱歌谣
Consolidation&Extension 
绘画游戏:教师说:“Two potatoes,three carrots,some green beans,four tomatoes”,学生在画纸上画出相应数量的蔬菜。
描述自己的农场。
I have a big farm . There are many vegetables on the farm . Look,these are ,they're .............
Summary  
1.师生共同总结本节课学习的主要知识。
2.教育学生在日常生活中要多食蔬菜。
Vegetables are good for our health. We should eat some every day.
