In my opinion, clown doctors play an important role, because they help the children who are suffering from the painful illnesses feel better distract their attention from diseases, and make their parents more relaxed.
Laughter has a similar effect to physical exercise. It is actually a powerful weapon against stress, heart disease and problems with the immune system.
